First time visit to catch up with friend. Delicious home made food, good portions at a sensible price. Clean and well presented bar and dining area. Attentive friendly staff. Will definitely visit again.

came to lunch with my mother and daughter on Friday afternoon, eating was amazing, cook very helpful in producing change requests to cover the nutrition needs, waiter was very polite and friendly and responsive when we discuss alternative options to meet the nutritional needs.

I made a reservation for an early lunch and our table was prepared and waiting for us. The menu was extensive and reasonably priced, with plenty of options including choices for vegans. I visited this restaurant for the first time on October 14th, as recommended by my son. The food was absolutely delicious and portion sizes were very generous. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make me feel welcome and assist me in any way they could. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and will be returning again soon.

Booked for the first time, service was class , we had steak ale pie Rump Steak both meals were outstanding, we didn't have to wait long for the food to be served, only complaint is that I have driven past this pub...numerous times and always promised myself that I would try it......should have done it a long time. Many thanks for making us welcome and will be back again real soon, what a little gem this pub is.

we visited here recently after we had heard good things about the vegan options. I have to admit while there were veggie/ vegan options, I didn't think they were very adventurous. the place was really quiet when we visited and the waitress was very attentive. eating. I'd say it was in order. I had falafels who were nice, but not the best I had. the homemade hummus was also beautiful, but again not the best I had. the size was really good. Visualizza piatti

Met up with friends on a week day after work. The pub has spaced out the tables more and had the hand sanitizer etc available to make everyone feel Covid safe. We were seated straight away and given menu's. The waitress was pleasant and attentive....We all had different meals, one steak, one veg burrito and one cottage pie. All the plates were cleared and everyone enjoyed. Reasonable prices, ample portions and good choice on the menu with plenty of veg vegan options. Would definetly recommend and will return.

I wanted go out for my birthday and after driving past here a few times I googled it and thought yea why not we will go here. Well I am so glad we did, I had hunters chicken burger which was lovely and well homemade...chips what more can I say and my husband had steak which was cooked perfect. These meals are huge alot bigger than you would expect so definitely worth the money. And we'll the cheese cake it totally home made it was thick in texture and the base was crumbly. We will be back The service was spot on too, not a long wait for food.

a large customer service from the management, the worst thing I've ever visited in mine, what a disappointing one. we were hurried as soon as it came, asked what drinks we wanted in the entrance before we even sit or have the chance to look at the menu. then the manager came and asked him you know what you want, I said I haven't seen the menu yet when I just opened my birthday card, replied well, they can hurry/see it the menu and choose because we could have a big table of (I was aware of their big party booking when I was the wk before the request of a table and they said first to be busy, but then it said my table.
