"Milk and Mocha hosted my daughters 1st birthday party. They were brilliant. They set up a baby play area at the far side of the room that the kids loved and catered for the 25/30 parents with coffee and cake all for a great price. The atmosphere was great and service was brilliant as always. Farida and the team are always so welcoming to us. We go every week to the soft play. They are the most welcoming coffee shop for small children in Kenilworth."

"It's a great atmosphere and I really do love this pub since they have embraced the sports bar thing but management needs to put more staff on as I was there on a Saturday with 1 person behind each bar and 1 person running food, it was chaos- I commend the staff for their resilience but there needs to be more people on. That's my only criticism as food is great, drinks are great and atmosphere was fun :"

"The staff at The Leopard went above and beyond to make my friend and I feel looked after. We've had a lovely 2 course meal with wine and had fabulous service from Fabio and the rest of the team. Best restaurant I've been to in ages and the merlot is lovely. Very warm cosy feel with friendly staff, I'd recommend to everyone. I had the pork duo and then sticky toffee pudding which were both indulgent and well worth what you pay for them. We drank the merlot which was also very tasty. Big thank you to the friendly staff who looked after us, we'll definitely be back again soon!"

"Great ambience, great location, good choice of menu. Pies were amazing I have never been tempted in past but decided to, in fact we all had pies. Wasn’t disappointed nicely filled and delicious. Only criticism would be the length of time taken between the main and dessert. We had to prompt for service and noticed another table were waiting too and they reminded the waiter for service. Had the sticky toffee pudding and again very tasty. The pub seemed to quietened down after 9pm, not many people left at all. This is a great location for a family outing."

"Mixed review on this occasion, my wife and I enjoyed the ambience because it played 60/70 music everywhere and we like small touches such as extra gravy, potatoes and Yorkshire puddings provided without asking. Although we both had the same roast meal, I found some of my lambs to let some hard sine run through them, my wife was fine, and the kitchen of the vegetables was quite mixed and also some beings boiled to my taste and others over! The Yorkshire pudding was also sadly extremely overdue and I therefore rejected the offer of an extra. The dessert of my wife from Almond was very nice, but my apple crumb was more like baby food. The serving staff was so beautiful that I didn't complain about the food at the time."

"A few months ago, my family of four visited the PE restaurant in Birmingham where they forgot my wife's pizza, causing her to eat alone after the rest of us. We hoped this wouldn't happen again, but unfortunately it did. Last night, we decided to try our local PE in Warwick. We arrived just before 7.00pm and waited behind another couple to be seated. Despite staff passing by, no one acknowledged us for at least 5 minutes. Just as we were about to leave, the couple in front of us was seated and we were shortly after. We placed a simple order for 1 starter to share, 2 pizzas, and 2 glasses of wine. The wine arrived in dirty glasses, for which we said nothing and cleaned them ourselves. The wine was slightly off and not worth the price. Our starter was fine, but then the waiter brought out a pizza and two small plates, assuming we were sharing. When we told him we weren't, he seemed confused. He went back and forth with another waiter, who also seemed clueless. I eventually had to shout to get their attention and correct the order. However, I realized that by the time they made my pizza, my wife would be done eating, so I cancelled the order. Before leaving, I spoke with the manager about the poor service. He apologized and acknowledged the issue had already been brought to his attention. I asked him how he would feel if his evening with his wife was ruined, to which he agreed he would not pay the bill. We followed suit. Dining out is expensive these days, but we like to support local restaurants after COVID. We do not hesitate to voice our complaints when service or food quality is subpar, although we have empathy for restaurant staff. However, after a second missed order at PE, we were fed up. They used to be good, but not anymore. Proceed with caution and prepare to pay a hefty bill if you choose to dine there."

"the service was painfully slow. we had to ask for menus, even if the table has been booked to eat. the main thing came after a considerable wait, we had to ask that they delete the table and ask a point of wonder how long dessert would take, as we did not have much time left. we were cursed when the dessert finally came. the food was average, the baked on the veg wellington was soggy, green veg over boiled and chips barely cooked on one of the meals. the personal said they were extremely busy, but the tables around us were empty, but the bar itself was busy. very disappointing when I heard and read good things."

"Visited Saturday for afternoon bottomless brunch it was excellent! They were busy with a party and a wedding in their tipi’s so service was a little slow at first, but they apologised and definitely made up for it. Our waitress Anna was great, attentive and lovely all day! There were of us, all our starters were lovely, we each had the minute steak which was tasty!"

"Always like to come to star and garter but next time I will make sure I request boot to sit in. We were on very wobbly table. Good choice of food but a bit pricey The burger I had was yummy but nothing to wow for the price. Staff very friendly. Bar seemed to only have one staff on working that evening and the girl did a good job. We then sat in the bar area where music was very laud. Over all not a bad evening."

"We have eaten here several times but on this occasion the waiter completely missed one of the meal orders, so my daughter had to watch us eat while hers was being cooked and vice versa when hers eventually arrived, was given small discount which did not make up for this mistake, service was always good on first few visits but the last few times there has been small things missed or forgotten but this was a big miss so it will be a good while before we return again I am afraid"

"this is a beautiful pub in a beautiful environment right at the river. they have a separate vegan menu. my first choice - the mezze flatbread- was not available, so I decided to take place for the burger. Unfortunately it was best warm, the cheese was not melted at all and the bungalow was much bigger than the actual burger. my friend had the coconut curry she said was nice, although the rice stuck together and stone. I also tried the apple and dammson crumbling with ice that was delicious (advertized vegan custard was not available)."

"A true gem: the best café in Warwick! The location with both inside and outside seating beside the market square is definitely in favour of the café. There is always a high quality selection of savoury, sweet and drinks. The coffee is well made, the smoothies are refreshing, the savoury options are delicious and the pastries are incredible. You must try the kouign-amann, for it is the best pastry found in Warwick and one of the best pastries I have ever eaten! It will definitely not disappoint."

"Went in last Weds for a 3 course dinner with my friend. Wow what can I say? For only £25 each we got a fresh homemade loaf, squid in chilli and garlic, fresh salmon and tuna tacos, followed by beautifully cooked local Duck Breast. I couldn't manage a pudding but Nigel insisted and I wolfed the chocolate dessert down. Lovely atmosphere and attentive staff. Nigel chose the menu, and it was perfect! Highly recommend. I have already booked to return"

"Went here for lunch yesterday(Wednesday). I had the most gorgeous fishfinger sandwich on toasted ciabatta and my husband and son had burgers. All the food was lovely! The big fat chips are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside! Excellent service as always. Highly highly recommend this wonderful place!"

"Had the three course option on a Groupon voucher. All three courses for my partner Margaret I were very good. The lobster mussels particularly so. Staff were attentive without being overbearing gave sound advice. Ambience suited me dignified calm quite a change from the usual mayhem at most Resteraunt's these days particle. Interesting varied menu of Malay Chinese , Indian which you could pick choose from four your courses. We enjoyed it will go back"

"Beautiful meal and great service! This place is under new management and it clearly shows. The tired old atmosphere and lacklustre service has gone and there is a really refreshing feel to the place which is now led by a very charismatic manager and his team who made us feel very welcome from the minute we walked in. Lottie, who served us was lovely, and the new chef Luke is superb. The steak Diane he made was one of the best I have ever tasted and I eat out in restaurants a lot very skilful cooking, full of fresh flavours and he got the temperature and texture of everything just right definitely a young chef to watch a lot of talent there."

"First time here.! After parking at Chandos Street car park. Such a friendly greeting. We were shown to a table and explained where everything was. We enjoyed the best chicken sweetcorn soup! A plate of starter items such as ribs and prawn toast. For mains, there were plenty of options. Wet dishes like beef and black bean, sweet and sour chicken and chow meins. There are plenty of noodle and rice options too. I enjoyed a plate of egg fried rice with mussels in Thai red curry. Lush. Followed by jelly ice cream. Recommendations for their English tea. Satay chicken skewers. Apple fritters from the dessert fridge. Will definitely go back. LGBTQ friendly."

"The Roebuck Inn, along Warwick town centre 's Smith Street, complements Warwick 's quintessential English persona. Over time the space inside the pub has been opened and extended to provide good restaurant capacity while preserving the local feel of the lounge/bar area. A musician was setting up on Saturday night for some live music. The Inn offered refreshingly imaginative options by way of specials when I was there. As with any quintessentially English town, parking is what it is and Warwick is probably not reputed for ample parking, but that 's all part of the joy of England."
