The cuisine, delicious appetizers, which demonstrate an excellent knowledge of both the raw materials and the culinary art, chef Francesco is truly very good, but let 's get to some dishes: Focaccia with escarole, mussels and pecorino, cuttlefish tagliatelle with turmeric, chilli pepper and artichokes, marinated cod carpaccio; Seaweed pancakes; Sea bass meatballs in tomato and paprika stew; Bruschetta with cetara tomatoes and anchovies; Courgette flowers and buffalo ricotta (wow, gorgeous in their simplicity); Octopus and broccoli, swordfish marinated in Sorrento lemons; Monkfish bites with bacon and burrata; Crusty bread with Luciana-style octopus; Fried anchovies; Beans with cuttlefish and sea urchin. Scialatielli pasta with sea food. Fried prawns, squid and paranza. All delicious and well served. PS. I didn 't take photos of all the dishes.
