"Ristorante situato lungo la strada regionale, con una vista bellissima. La scelta dei piatti è piuttosto ampia e soprattutto incentrata sulla tradizione toscana. La zuppa di funghi porcini è assolutamente da provare! La pasta fatta in casa e le pappardelle sono un vero piacere per il palato. L'unica nota negativa è la carne di maiale cotta nel forno a legna, che risulta un po' raffreddata, quindi farei un po' più attenzione a questi dettagli. Nel complesso, un ristorante valido, con prezzi onesti e uno staff giovane e cordiale."

"Che dire, seconda esperienza a distanza di mesi. Particolarmente apprezzato il fuori menù per ciliaci proposto dallo Chef . Questo vuol dire attenzione e professionalità. Non diciamo nulla di nuovo basta pensare chi è dietro le quinte. Ottima la Fiorentina, cottura degna di nota. In sala, l’attenzione e la presenza mai invasiva. Lodevole per una trattoria, dove spesso il clima becero e i toni alti di voce possono infastidire i commensali. Non c’era molto da stupirsi, qui respiri l’aria di casa godendone i benefici di una cena non banale tra colleghi e fuori dalle mura domestiche. "The definition of a hidden gem! Happened upon this place on our last night in Rome and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Very romantic, cozy spot, with excellent service, and authentic, delicious food to match. It’s tucked away in a quiet side street: a calm and intimate oasis amidst all the activity in Trastevere. We shared the Zucchini Flowers (filled with ricotta and shrimp – what a combo! , the Cacio E Pepe (had me drooling , and the Saltimbocca (the best I had during my stay in Rome – all were cooked perfectly and just oozed with flavour. Capped the evening off with an Amaro. What a genuine joy this place was. We simply can’t wait to return and have another meal here the next time we're in Rome!"

"Lunedì sera io e il mio partner abbiamo deciso di andare in questa taverna a Lecce, di cui mi avevano parlato a lungo e finalmente siamo riusciti ad andarci! Si trova all'interno di un palazzo, ho dovuto suonare il campanello e ti ritrovi catapultato in un posto che sembra quasi magico! Questa è stata l'impressione che mi ha dato! "Coming by chance as neighbors, we appreciated the very warm welcome from the 2 young waiters, we discovered the Roman artichokes there, and in retrospect, they were the best of the whole week! It was still cool in mid-March to enjoy the terrace in the evening but it is well located outside the passing routes, you can eat there in peace. Note, rather local clientele, which changes from the places referenced in the tourist guides where the atmosphere is rushed very often. Not much dessert besides ice cream but the homemade tiramisu is enough in itself. If I were to go back to Rome, this would be the first place I would eat! "Wow!! Delizioso! Ottimo servizio!! Abbiamo trovato questo ristorante per caso dopo aver cercato qualcosa diverso dalla pizza una sera. Ci siamo seduti fuori e hanno tavoli perfetti con riscaldatori su ognuno. Abbiamo avuto diversi camerieri e il manager che ci controllavano e facevano raccomandazioni. Il manager ci ha incoraggiato a iniziare con il tagliere di salumi e formaggi ed era così delizioso. Ottima raccomandazione di vino anche. Abbiamo provato la guancia di manzo e ne abbiamo avuto due, con deliziose carote arrosto, una crema di patate con erbe e una meravigliosa salsa bruna. Anche la pasta al cinghiale era deliziosa. E la chantilly con bastoncini di pasta sfoglia era così gustosa dopo cena. Rispetto agli altri ristoranti a Volterra, questa piccola gemma nascosta merita la vostra attenzione, perché è evidente che lo chef ha un buon senso del gusto e della presentazione e sentirai l'attenzione speciale del team di servizio. È così fantastico, siamo tornati per altro. Buon appetito!"

"Insane value for your money. Everything we ordered was so delicious and well made. You cannot go wrong here. We had a table booked on Saturday night and even though it was very busy the service was friendly and the food came quick and hot. Artichokes both roman and fried were very delicious, main course with scampi and saltimbocca were spot on and don't get me started on the Panna cotta. "Being in the Kosher neighborhood, that is a reason alone to pay a visit. It is different instead of another church and more of the tourists. This area is a step away but still within grasp of being visited. Knowing of this, when in Rome we did want to visit for lunch. It was on the list. And this was a place to see as we heard it is one that has been on social media and used in other areas. So we went. It was ideal. We had all the especial in the area. Especially the best of fried Jewish Artichokes. This alone was worth the stop. It was large, fresh, had a good taste, and was worth the stop. It was ideal. We had that along with an order of mozzarela and tomatoes. That was followed by two different pastas. One with pesto that was freshly made that day. And a pasta with more artichoke leaves and olive oil. This was an excellent lunch. The price was fair for what we were to receive. It is an old-school formula and what you would expect. It was great to have the experience and to enjoy something a little different. Thank you."

"Ho frequentato questa 'fraschetta' per un po' di tempo e ogni volta la soddisfazione è totale, a partire dalla qualità del pesce, passando per il servizio, fino ad arrivare ai costi. Tutto questo è incorniciato dal team di ragazzi e ragazze che servono ai tavoli, sempre presenti e sorridenti sotto la guida del Comandante Marco. Sempre pieno (chissà perché?! è meglio, anzi obbligatorio, prenotare sempre). Questa volta abbiamo deciso di andare da Pasquale e per l'occasione il Comandante offriva un menù fisso a 40 euro composto da: 1 antipasto: insalata di polpo, acciughe e cozze saltate. 2 primi: assaggio di zuppa (sugo di paranza) e cannelloni ripieni. 3 due secondi: orata in crosta di patate e calamari fritti con insalata. Il tutto accompagnato da un buon vino della casa (falanghina senza limiti). Dessert: uova di cioccolato e colomba, e infine sorbetto, caffè e ammazzacaffè. Che dire? Qualità eccellente e porzioni ovviamente per chi desidera cibo crudo e bevande fuori menu. Nonostante la sala piena... la nave è arrivata in porto in grande stile. Grazie a tutti. "We were in Italy for 10 days. Ran across this place on our last day. Had lunch and it was the best meal we had eaten the whole time in Italy. So good we decided to come back for dinner, which was even better than lunch. For my American compatriots, please do not confuse the language barrier or the cultural differences for anything more than what they are. The staff is not rude, they do things differently in Italy than what you are used to. Most of the staff probably speaks better English than you speak Italian. So work it out whichever way possible. Between lunch and dinner we had the bruschetta pomodoro, spaghetti ajo e ojo, meatballs in tomato sauce, ravioli and the mixed grill. Each item better than the last. The house wine was delicious and the two servers we had were very nice and easily overcame the language differences. If you are in the neighborhood you should really give this place a try. The artichokes are excellent, fried and golden, as are the Giudia style ones; delicious fettuccine alla gricia with broad beans; didn 't like the breaded lamb cutlets with artichokes (very small portion for the price and the cutlets were dry and flavourless). "Siamo passati di domenica sera, intorno alle 19:00, senza prenotazione. Il cameriere è stato molto gentile e ci ha fatti accomodare proprio prima del rush della cena. Quando siamo andati via, il locale era assolutamente pieno. Ripensandoci, avremmo dovuto fare una prenotazione. Questo è chiaramente un ristorante preferito dai residenti del quartiere. Il cibo era eccellente. Abbiamo provato il cacio e pepe, la carbonara, il coniglio, le guance di manzo e le puntarelle. E una bottiglia di vino. Tutto era squisito e il servizio è stato ottimo! Siamo turisti, ma ci siamo sentiti accolti come i locali e abbiamo avuto un'esperienza molto piacevole. Il nostro cameriere era un uomo gentile con un buon senso dell'umorismo e ci siamo divertiti a scherzare con lui. I prezzi sono molto equi e le porzioni abbondanti.
