Really friendly staff, great atmosphere. Busy day so service was a bit slow but outside area was a beautiful to sit just enjoy the experience.

Good food but it took 3 hours and constant chiving. It was rugby World Cup. Kitchen couldn’t keep up. It was good fun but embarrassing and overshadowed the experience.

Felt like a bit of a tourist trap. Staff are friendly but the ambiance feels a bit like a cantine bright lights and noisy. Food arrived cold. I felt it was overpriced for what it was. Visualizza piatti

pleasant and efficient reception, very attentive despite the arrival of a large group. The dishes are correct, lack a little seasoning for us. On the other hand, excellent desserts with a baba to fall. Nice frame.

Restaurant/salon de thé agréable et bien situé en bas de la canebière. good reception and good service. well presented but medium quality dishes. too dry ravioli, slightly tender rumsteak. but good patisserie. much too expensive for what it is: panisses for €! dish of the day unreplicated to € ! big appetite abstain.

Enjoyed two dinners at this lovely restaurant. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Menu is good with some interesting options. Bouillabaisse was excellent. Perfect fish and soup. Chicken I had with pasta was not as I wanted. Pasta in mushroom sauce ended up being a soggy mess. Not well presented. Desert of lemon tar was delicious. Visualizza piatti

After a walk around the old town and a recommendation, 1860 Le Palais was the evening choice for dinner. Whilst the outside terrace was available. Inside was the preferred option. The QR Code was easy enough to transfer to the English translation as well as staff speaking perfect English unlike my not so perfect French. Ravioli won by a country mile and a return will be not too far away.

Friendly but overwhelmed server, so slow service and several reminders needed. We were in no hurry but our patience was exhausted. A good and generous tempura prawn starter. Strange sides with the mains aubergine and hummus with fish did work, sauté potatoes in a bowl of cream sauce with a burger did not, even if the potatoes had been cooked through properly and crisp before they were soaked. There did not appear to be a no smoking area on the terrace, which would also have improved dining for us.

The food was fair, although overpriced. The experience was one of the worse I had in a restaurant. Ended paying at least €70 €80 more than expected, because the blonde waitress couldn't have the decency to say she doesn't understand a word of English. Asked her 3 times for the dish of the day, confirmed it, and as we were finishing dinner she came, laughing silly, to whisper in my ear that she made a mistake which meant €80 more for us) and WITHOUT even an apology.
