great service, good food. but missing 5 stars because of the cramped toilets difficult for people with mobility problems.

I absolutely adore Aurum. It is without a doubt the top restaurant in Southend. The steaks, seafood, and starters are all incredibly delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. It's the perfect spot for a special occasion or a romantic dinner.

Had a delicious meal at lunch, the bi folding doors were open leading out to the front terrace with views of Southend seafront. Service was great. Food was absolutely delicious. If you like a fine dining experience with a sea view in Southend I would recommend a visit. Visualizza piatti

we experienced a stunning breakfast for a big party of 8. bright, clean festive environment, with wonderful service, especially as we nikki could look around. she was friendly and patient during the 2 hours we spent in aurum. the food was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked. well worth it for a special occasion.we will definitely visit again!

She was kind and patient throughout the 2 hours we spent at Aurum. The food was beautifully presented, and tasted as good as it looked. eating, was amazing, service, was amazing, layout and decor is also very stylish. the price is not too steep. my only grip is quite big. they have not updated their online menu so that the bark tars no longer start and the brot and butter pudding and the apple crumbs are missing from the Sunday menu. essentially, the rest of the menu is quite good, but if they have put their tastes on some things as we have set them in advance to make sure that the menu they have seen on their website is what they will experience on their visit.
