"wir waren in der Vor-Corona-Zeit mehrfach im Casa del Gusto und wurden immer hervorragend bewirtet. All unsere Zusatz- und/oder Änderungswünsche wurden immer bestens erfüllt. Wir sind überzeugt noch nie bei einem besseren Italiener gegessen zu habe!Also haben wir uns Heute für den Take away entschieden, zwei mal Risotto Mare e Monti bestellt und auch exakt zur vereinbarten Zeit abholen können. In dieser doch etwas speziellen Zeit war das genau das was wir im Garten geniessen wollten und es hat uns schlicht hervorragend geschmeckt. Danke dafür"

"There are certainly more cozy restaurants in the area... But I haven 't eaten Italian that well for a long time and thanks to the host you really have the feeling of sitting in Italy every now and then. But to the details: The greeting from the kitchen in the form of bruschette already increases the anticipation of the courses to come. A few basil leaves would have rounded it off for my taste. I chose the “Insalata Mista” with the typical Italian dressing, just like Italians should. Here, too, it wasn 't just the usual, dark red mush from the wholesaler, but a really great, genuine Italian salad dressing on a stately salad. Plus fresh, warm pizza rolls! The subsequent pizza (in my case a Mamma Mia with extra anchovies) was able to perfectly satisfy the now high demands. Not round with an even, circular edge like fresh from the factory. Also no greasy layer of oil that drips from the sagging, limply baked tip when eating, but a hand-made, well-topped and crispy baked pizza, which you can also see from its shape that it was freshly made. The dough recipe alone is worth a visit to the Edelweiss. We skipped the coffee due to the advanced hour. But what is a visit to an Italian without a glass of grappa or limoncello offered before you go home...?! This is also available at the Edelweiss! "Wir wurden von Doris und Octavio, dem Wirteehepaar, sowie der Weinfachfrau herzlich willkommen geheissen, nachdem wir ein Gruss aus der Küche, Tostadita de queso fresco und Agua de horchata genossen hatten. Danach wurde uns ein Cerdo al pastor; Carpaccio von Schweinenierstück mit passendem Chateau Belot serviert. Zur Suppe probierten wir ein Riesling. Ensalada Milpa mit Cottagekäse, Tomaten, Zucchetti und Jalapeño-Chili-Sauce auf Erde von schwarzen Oliven, dazu ein Proseco. Zum 1. Hauptgang eine Entenbrust an einer Cashew-Chilisauce und ein Soñador Bobal. Zwischendurch ein Tamarindensorbet mit Chili und Mezcal, dazu ein Mezcal Alipus. 2. Hauptgang Filete de res Chilango mit einem Barbera d'Asti. Satt, aber ein Dessert hat immer irgendwo Platz, Carameltortilla, süsse Guacamole, Popcorn, Tortillaglace dazu ein Passito di Panteleria. Zum Abschluss wurde uns der mexikanische Brauch an Allerheiligen erklärt. Dieser Tradition zufolge gab es ein pan de muerto und eine heisse Schokolade. Es war wieder ein Abend mit verschieden Geschmackskomponenten, herzlichen Dank"
