The whole experience could be made better with some actual customer interaction

Great restaurant, good food and fun service. The children loved watching their food come down to the table and it was very yummy too!

Food not great and way overpriced, kids meals are horrendous, none of the children in our party ate any of their food and they’re not really that fussy. Even drinks are way overpriced. Lesson learned won’t return. Visualizza piatti

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food was fine, slightly overpriced but exactly what you would expect from.a mass catering venue of this type. Drinks selection very limited and fairly expensive. One would only come here to enjoy the food delivery service and so we were content.

A great concept and idea, staff were friendly and explained the ordering system but not the process for when the food arrived!! Which was nice enough but Luke warm, I would have said reasonable value given the current climate so can't complain! The whole place was pretty noisy and not necessarily ideal for younger children but overall worth a visit you just might not want to go back!!

I really think the quality of the food has gone down hill since Alton changed to Aramark for there food supplier, much less choice and it's all a bit bland, bring back the Wickerman stack! The nemesis burger was very dry and the chili con carne very bland. One of the Screens/projectors was not working for the rollercoaster show that happens every so often, and didn't happen at all the first night. Visualizza piatti

Everything is done through an app, no service and nothing explained as to how you get your food and drinks off the rollercoaster just left to figure it all out. Food choice was rubbish and quality was even worse. Chilli was mainly rice with a few kidney beans. 1 choice for vegetarian and that was a spicy burger. Nice idea coming on a rollercoaster but the menu needs updating and quality needs to improve.

Unfortunately we had quite a bad experience at the rollercoaster hotel. The atmosphere was lovely but a couple of members of staff failed to greet us and serve us professionally. Drinks were put infront of anyone without any names or questions, and 2 of the same meals arrived with differently seasoned chips? We also requested a birthday song and dessert but that wasn’t an option as any special birthday treats have to be paid for.

Greeting wasn’t what I expected, whispering between each other as I just booked for 5 adults as it didn’t give you an option for a high chair. Which the waitress eye rolled. We were shown to are table, and here is where I knew I’d made a mistake. Order on your phone, connect to Wi-Fi! After a long day in the park all you want is a drink and a menu. After 20 minutes of app fails we managed to get ordered £90 for 4 adult meals and 1 kids 5 drinks, all for the novelty for it to whizz down separately 10 mins apart meaning we didn’t eat together.
