"Due to the many positive reviews we have expected a lot to go to a special occasion food and were unfortunately bitterly disappointed. One way forward: The individual menu with acceptable prices and the quality of the food is truly not the problem even if some meat dishes are already hard-edged for 30 euros. Excellent price-performance ratio for the appetizers, after Bruschetta to the appetizer I was almost tired for 7 Euronen... There is nothing to complain about the ambience: diets, not excessive, the conservatory look creates a feel-good atmosphere. No, surprisingly, it was the service that has given us the evening and should be the core of this criticism. There was already a short time after arrival: We received only the menu, wine card or even recommendation: failure. No aperitif recommendation. We think these are things that need not be asked by the guest at this level. After we had struck the cards again clear sign that you chose, it took approx. 5 minutes until attention has been paid to us. The second occupied table of the house, which was struck after us, already received its drinks at this time...Moreover, the panning series went to order: My friend wanted pizza, didn't go, kiln okay, given, can happen. Nevertheless, it also took his time until someone focused his attention on us for payment. I would like to point out that we had mentioned it at the beginning: yes we are involved in many actions, the colleague did not know what was meant. Almost embarrassed when it was passed: At least I wanted to get my girlfriend the coat just because you didn't know who it was, this undertaking also failed gloriously. The adoption at the front door was also as close as possible. We think that our felt second-class treatment was not even on the voucher: In the ambience there seem to be quite a lot of regular guests who were always covered with small talk and more than sufficient service in the evening of our visit. As a newcomer, of course, we do not expect to know the most intimate secrets from the kitchen, but the ignorance that dispelled us was already an extreme contrast. One should never forget that the first person of today can be the regular of tomorrow. But given, as we are guaranteed to honour the ambience after this experience no more than full-payers, it has unfortunately played its chance with us. To get no wrong impression: We have not, only because of the desired level, gone to the point with excessive expectations. The service deficits that have been set up here would also be upgraded by us in any kind of bourgeois cuisine. However, those who are still brewing with their awards for hospitality must expect to be measured at a higher measuring bar, which can only be regarded as a gloriously failed one. We feel much more comfortable with normal Greeks around the corner, because more personalized than here."
