"Monk would have had a fit. Where I was seated a pilar was bent, a paper lamp was crooked, a guy was spraying (probably insecticide?) around busses stationed just 20 meters in front of me). The entry spring rolls were delicious but dry-dry, did not come with any accompanying sauce. The chicken and vegetables and rice were delicious as well. However service has much to be improved. After the first dish the waitress picked the plate with the used knife in fork and asked me if i wished sticks, when I said no she just spilled the dirty cutlery into the resting platter. Before I finished my eating the waitress just took away from my desk the pepper/salt/oil tray, no permission asked... hey, and if i want some more salt? When I finished the main dish and had some beer to finiosh, the waitress picked away my plate and left me to wallow in a dirty table (no tablecloth) with some leftovers of rice and stains of beer glass, she could have wiped it all I believe. Didn't feel like leaving a tip and didn't."
