Great encounter and discovery of a concept that I didn’t know, Eric and his wife were very welcoming and very kind. Very good time spent with friends around a bowl of cider and very good cakes. I'd have been talking all night.

From crossing to Florac, we hit the right address, the manager Eric is friendly and helpful. The cakes are great, we savored them without talking! We love the buckwheat! A big thank you for your help Twins, Anthony and Nicolas!

We were very happy to find this restaurant out of season! The boss is very nice, he makes you feel at home and he has prepared delicious cakes. I recommend that with the mix of fieldis (Paris, ceps... really good. Pressure cider too is a delight. I recommend!

Very good experience in this crèperia, we were very happy, the principle of this participative restaurant we seduced, we felt as at home, we started with a velvety to the ceps of the Mont lozère, followed by crèpes to the mushrooms of wood, betting mushrooms and cepes and to finish a sweet crèpe, all was delicious, we had seen

After a day of walking on Stevenson's way, I wanted to sit down and restore myself. When I entered this crêperie, the managers immediately made me feel comfortable. They explained to me how their participatory restaurant works. They are very accessible, without a headache. (I found a pilgrim spirit on their side without forgetting their kitchen, a real delight!!! And I don't forget, I'm gonna watch Nus and Culotted!!!

For what it is, it's fantastic. It is a small crêperie held by Eric and Sophie that serves delicious cakes and pancakes, is self-service for drinks and cutlery and prefers cash payment. The owners are super nice, the food is delicious and the prices are extremely reasonable. I had a cake covered with a mushroom cream sauce, while Rita had a cake covered with carrots, favorite beans and Indian spices. For dessert, I had one of their apple pies in a jar. I also had two beers. Total bill? 35 euros.

This participative restaurant located on Place Louis Dides in Florac, near a magnificent source, was an excellent discovery. Received by Eric who will offer you beautiful and delicious cakes garnished with the Cévenoles gastronomy of which he has the secret. Very nice and human, it adapts to your tastes so that you share a pleasant moment while enjoying your taste buds. And to crown everything, the price quality ratio is at the top.
