"We went for Saturday with family and stopped here. We ordered the steak and fois gras de canard and both was excellent, steak was done to perfection, the pepper sauce that came with it was also very tasty and different. The food did take little longer but we had time, they were quite busy and one has to wait for good things The veggies that come with the steak were normal but we went there for steak. Highly recommended and we will go again next time we are in Selestat!!"

Welcome and pleasant service. The dishes are very good and generous. Meat is very good like sauerkraut. The price is in the average of restaurants in the "good restaurants" range but not "standard". We do not regret this choice and desserts are very good as well. Warm frame.

Following a visit to the outdoor market, we looked for a restaurant to have lunch. Our search, which includes a lot of walking usually, got us slightly out of the historical area. Lucky for us because we ended up at this wonderful typical place with an Alsacian look and tasty regional cuisine all served with friendly attendants. An enjoyable discovery.

Selestat has for years been our stopping off point on the way to and from Italy. Latterly we have used this restaurant which, while not fine dining, offers well cooked typical regional dishes. We opted for Chou Croute sauerkraut). Excellent and generously portioned. The Pinot blanc and Pinot noir house wines were of the highest quality, €47 for two, including 4 coffees. Good value. I've no hesitation in recommending this place and will use it again myself.
