this place can be a little hard to find but it is well worth it, The meals were reasonable and were very good, the staff was very friendly

fantastic you will find in this liar village near the view. small restaurant, led by man and woman. small and cozy, very friendly service and very good eating top value for money.

While staying in the neighbourhood this one showed up as a good idea on Tripadvisor... what an excellent tip!!! Great food! We had the menu and it was delicious. And a nice bottle of Bourgogne

we were in the village and went here for dinner, we had not booked, but a table was made available. the environment is beautiful and is guided by a man and a woman. eating and service are highly recommended.

I had a plate of large oysters followed by a plate of several species of fish, well cooked and served very well. I had half a bottle of muscadet sur lie of a very good quality. the surroundings of the restaurant is very beautiful. the service is very friendly.

we found this restaurant by chance near arromanches. his guided tour through a man and woman team and eating and service were excellent. as a result, we have dined there twice. if they needed it, there was an English menu, but madame spoke very well. English we really enjoyed each other.

This is a wonderful, gem of a restaurant, nestled away is the beautiful Normandy countryside around five miles from historic Bayeux. A variety of set menus are offered, along with an a la carte menu. The food, a mixture of excellent meat and fish dishes,...is cooked to perfection and very tasty. The owner is very friendly and helpful and is happy to advise customers about food and wine choices. It's definitely worth visiting.

Auberge des Monts is a bit out of the way but well worth the effort. This wonderful restaurant us run by a husband and wife team. He is the chef and she does everything in the front of the house.. Starters were a hit. My...wife had the best fish soup of her life and I the oysters which were exceptional not larger but so tasty. Served with thin sliced brown bread and butter. Try it, you will like it. The fruit tart selection for desert was also the best! Could not recommend this more highly. In our two visits, only we and locals were present. It is well wort the minute drive from Bayeux.

Based on good reviews both on TripAdvisor and in the Michelin guide, we chose Auberge des Monts as our lunch stop on our trip along the landing beaches. It's just a drive from Arromanches, and allegedly much better than the touristy restaurants you'll find...there. We had made a reservation for adults and kids, including toddlers On the phone, this didn't seem to be a problem. Upon our arrival, the restaurant told us they only had one high chair. From the very first moment, we didn't really feel welcome there — although we were basically the only patrons there that afternoon. Our waiter didn't make any effort to make us feel at ease.
