I called this day to book tomorrow at 1:00. I've heard myself say by the person (after she had a long sigh ...) "Okay, but it's been 13:00, Saturday noon we don't have a lot of people." Uh, okay, so we're disturbing you... so we won't go, frankly, it doesn't make you want to!

pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! very chic setting, between decor and music. I took a great classic but not disappointed! Meat was really good and homemade fries. My friend loved the salmon/thon and eggplant pie entrance! the housekeeper, very nice, advised us an excellent local wine. Two good homemade desserts, too. A good time. I recommend this place. for the 3rd time we return to this very welcoming place without chichi where you feel comfortable listening to very good music while enjoying a wide choice of dishes elaborated by its chef avc of seasonal products all house from entrance to dessert through the wine of the astronque pinot black wine region you will not be disappointed for the connoisseurs of good things. one place to go

Another good meal with friends. I've been here before and no doubt we're in this restaurant. we ate out, superb setting with the musical atmosphere of excellent choice! Very nice service the bosses have humor and it only adds to the well being. and our taste buds were in the party for a menu at 28€, the quality ratio price is quite right for me. Besides, there's always some great news. It's gonna be my little rest of the month!

You really need to know to go to eat in this hostel located outside the busy roads, but you won't be disappointed!!!It's almost 20 years since this hostel exists, and it's always there, away from everything, always as welcoming, with friendly staff and a very good regional kitchen (see even local). nice setting and beautiful view of the Ariegean countryside and the Pyrenees.Remember that we stop there for a good lunch or dinner. For my part, for the price on the day of the Mother's Day, I found the meal pretty good except the chocolate dessert that I found not quite mellow to my taste. The cowhide seemed more appetizing. the reception is pleasant and the service pleasant. the place is friendly, sober room and you can take your aperitif out during the beautiful days. to discover if you pass through the scenes. ....

We have been coming to the Perisse regularly for many years and for the last year or so, under the new management of Bruno & Xavière, we always enjoy ourselves. They are perfect hosts. Last night was a beautiful evening and we sat outside and it was lovely to see the restaurant so busy. The menu has its usual local dishes, always well cooked and the menu is always complimented by additional special suggestions, and the one's we chose last night were excellent. I would always recommend the Perisse and look forward to our next visit.

This great little restaurant has been under new management for just over a year. The dining room has been refurbished beautifully, and the day that we visited it was very busy, mainly with locals enjoying lunch. There is a relatively extensive menu or set meal for 14€ per head including starter, main course and pudding and a 1/4 pichet of rose wine.
