We are regular guests and visit the Augustiner Bräustuben at least 1x per week, mostly on weekends. We like to be there and the service staff is very friendly. The old saying: How you do to me if you are kind to the staff, they want to return the kindness.

As the name suggests, there is the best beer from Munich. When I was there, there was not much going on (workdays, early evening). So it wasn't as loud as others wrote here. Of course, those who like to eat hard are here. Order comes fixed and is also super tasty. The staff is very attentive, especially as regards empty beer jars.

Very delicious Bavarian food. Whether pork roasts, sausages or carvings, it tastes really good here. And the fresh Augustinian beer is also highly recommended, and the measure tastes not only at the Oktoberfest. The place is very large and very well visited by its good kitchen. A visit here is very worthwhile. It is very easy to reach by tram (1 minute walk) or by the S-Bahn (Hackberbrücke, 5 minutes walk)....

We were there as a group, our tablekeeper was so unfriendly. We ordered the drinks, he brought the wrong ones and didn't even apologize, but was still incompatible. After we order the food, soup was quickly there,had just eaten 3 spoons soup already came the main food we said politely it would be too early we are not finished yet, he put it on the table and disappeared again, so until we were finished almost cold. To eat us cruelly, all eat the same brown sauce. It was just a mass preparation that was never safe again. Give!

Here my opinion on the telephone pre-order: Some time ago, I have pre-ordered for colleagues and myself by phone, when order intake was accepted, it was said that food was ready in about 10 minutes. When I was on site for a short time and after my order no one knew about it and I had to wait beaten 20 minutes. Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with customer service. Here, there should be some further improvement because also pickups are indirect guests.
