"We were guests at the Auszeit restaurant on November 4th, 2022 (dinner and November 5th, 2022 (breakfast . First, dinner: Since we had booked the meal in advance, we had a choice of menus. We decided on a pumpkin cream soup with ginger. (As a starter. -This was delicious but the chef used a little too much ginger. This meant the soup had a spicy finish. (Could have been counteracted with a little coconut milk and sweetener. For the main course we chose the three game fish, with natural broccoli and pasta Aglio Olio as a side dish. -The Eldelfish are glassy and very well seasoned! However, the pasta and broccoli lacked a bit of pizzazz, as these two side dishes were lightly seasoned or not seasoned at all. I told the waitress that the noodles could have been seasoned a little better or that a sauce would have been suitable to compensate. It would have been appropriate to toss the broccoli in butter and sprinkle a few fried and salted almond flakes on top. Dessert was pear Helene with vanilla ice cream, applesauce and chocolate sauce. -The dessert was beautifully prepared and presented in a modern way! Praise again that it tasted very good! The mix of all components was very suitable! We also ordered drinks, once a white wine and a juice spritzer. The wine tasted very good, since it was sweet it was of course a little sweeter but not too sweet! The staff was very attentive that evening but unfortunately it took a while until the food was served. (Unfortunately, one and a half hours for a 3-course menu was a bit too long. The staff responded to my criticism very professionally and I really appreciate that! We will visit the restaurant again next time and see if I can give the full 5 stars for dinner. The staff is definitely very friendly! There is only one thing to say about breakfast: The breakfast alone would have earned the full 5 stars! -Huge selection of rolls, pastries, jams and more! -A cook who prepared fresh fried eggs, omelets and scrambled eggs. -Large selection of juices and coffees. -Lactose-free and soy milk were also available without asking. -Very friendly staff! Unfortunately, we couldn't taste the food because the dog was not allowed. Too bad. We had been the only guests at that time, no one would have disturbed the dog. It would have been nice if on the Internet we had to have been able to stay outside, we would not have reserved.

It's our second stay in this hotel and restaurant. We've been before last year January. We love to go to dinner after spa and enjoy nice dinner and wine. The service was really nice and welcoming. The atmosphere is not to noisy and clean. The menu looked better to us than last year and the food was delicious. We will come again.

Celebrated my father's birthday yesterday during a break. Once again we were not disappointed. As always, the food was delicious. The service is very friendly, attentive and quick. The ambience is appealing and even when it is very full, like yesterday, the noise level is limited. Auszeit is definitely our favorite restaurant in Hofheim. Service: Dine in Food: 5

We went to eat here twice in two weeks while travelling and staying in the hotel. The first time all was good. The second time I had the duck. The breast was bone dry so I left it on my plate and only ate the leg, vegetables and potatoes. The hamburger could be more tasty. It was mentioned after the course and at checkout but nothing was done really, besides a thank you for mentioning. Breakfast was great and otherwise the people were very friendly. Breakfast buffet, evening meal buffet and 3 course menu absolutely great!!! We were very enthusiastic about the soup, starters, main courses, cheese and sweets, which were really tasty. All service staff are friendly, very friendly and funny great! Nice seats, unfortunately we didn't make it into the bar. But eating there and staying there two thumbs up Parking: God and the world park in the paid parking lot, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and for hotel guests like us for several days! Even as a hotel guest you are looking for a free place and hope for the best...
