Good cocktails good atmosphere good music good time had

No sweet cocktails now, nothing like before, very disappointed

Cocktails are great, service was really good, staff very attentive.

Enjoyed out time here. Relaxed atmosphere. Interesting cocktails and friendly staff.

Staff were super friendly. The drinks were good, they aren’t how I remember them being though. Didn’t have any food. We’re the only people there, which is a shame because there wasn’t much of a vibe to the place unfortunately. I hope it picks up a bit

My friends and I waited 35 for our drinks to arrive, no apology, other people who arrived after us, got their drinks before us. Got asked if we would like another drink, by this time was exactly 1 hr after we arrived, said no as we had someone to be, so asked for the bill. Which again took another 10 mins. I use to love coming here but the service has gone down hill.

Bar one is always on my go to list when I visit Inverness. The staff are attentive and always make sure you have all you need. Love that the cocktail menu changes regularly enough to try new drinks but old favourites are still there and you can request a drink not on the menu which the staff make happily as long as they have the ingredients needed. Will continue to visit again and again whatever the ocassion!

We cannot review the food as we didn’t eat there last night, however we did enjoy a variety of gins and rums at the Inverness branch . During our time there a young man Lucas looked after us very well, sharing good knowledge and recommendations particularly of the rums which my husband found very helpful. He is indeed an asset to Bar one and earned a 5 star feedback. The reason I dropped this to 4 stars was because after he finished work the level of service dropped and ended with us being handed a bill from 3 different servers one ten minutes after paying in full .

What a find! We were a little late to make a reservation, so we just walked in about 6:30 on a Tuesday. We were able to immediately sit at a table in the bar area (there are only 3). We had a buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad and the rustic sour dough bread. Just perfect. For entrees we had the sea bass and the filet, both exceptionally prepared. For desert the crepe and maltese ice cream. Every course was the best we have had since we landed on the island. The service was great and even helped us decide what to order. Her recommendations were spot on. Just a superb job from chef, to service to house wine. If you’re in Inverness and tired of the same old pub food, give this place a try. Yo...
