Food is always good here piping hot and fresh every time we order. They know who it is each time I call brilliant staff and the young lady on the phone is always polite and very efficient. Unfortunately had missing item of sweet n sour chicken balls unable to get through on phone as constantly busy line deliverd the pot of sauce but no chicken balls doubt I will get back that £6.10. Worst Chinese Service Ever!! What a good way of making money, not giving me my food correctly missing 10 chicien balls scamming me by £6.10 and not awensering your phones!! for 40 minutes, keeps saying line busy, the excuse of were busy is not good enough. Been using Beijing for a few months now,love the food,it's worth the travel from Marham. Staff always pleasant,the girl manning the phone never stops but makes it look so easy with how she handles things. Will definitely keep coming back. Sent me a piece of burnt, dry duck; phoned up to complain (15 minutes on hold/ not getting through) then they thought I was asking for a free meal! So sent back the rubber ducky (not touched not eaten). No apology not even free prawn crackers. Been ordering for 5 years. Last time as had to let my friends and family eat before me for the wait on the phone and for the food I paid for. Just we’re done unacceptable food and attitude. I should add the cashier is lovely and very professional, as the Chinese lady in the back is cussing me out. 10/10 to her. Visualizza piatti
