Bellantonio - Menu

A hidden gem! Not to be missed if in the area. Everything from the food to the service was excellent. The best restaurant we have had the pleasure to eat in during our holidays.

The owner/chef certainly knows his haute cuisine, having travelled far and wide and he and his team offer exquisite well presented service in this new restaurant. The menu is novel and the wines of excellent quality. The locale is unfortunately not is a very good spot but his customers go there for the food not the views.

We found this amazing restaurant through our host at B&B Samilu. Being very familiar with the area, we couldn't believe this restaurant was undiscovered in our previous trips. The lunch each day we had was just amazing. The presentation, quality and freshness of the seafood was second to none, including the service! The atmosphere and decor was contemporary and welcoming. We cannot wait until our return trip. Bellantonio has now become our new favorite place to eat.

A great cook with a big passion for food and who knows not only to purchase fresh commodities but also know how to prepare them. To our surprise we found a Gourmet restaurant whith a very high standard and which was not only a delight to the palate, but was a tortal experience of good food art. And the story continues we did expect to pay a high price for our meals, but once more we were surprised with prices which was so low that we decided to visit the resturaunt several times in those 2 weeks we were staying in the area.

Siamo stati in viaggio da Roma a Marina di Casal Velino e volevamo mangiare del buon pesce. Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante perfetto: ottimo cibo, ottimo servizio, ottimi prezzi. Abbiamo mangiato spaghetti alle vongole, mozzarella (la migliore), polpo con patate (delizioso), bruschetta ai pomodori (i pomodori e l'olio erano ottimi). L'ambiente è elegante e pulito, ma non c'è problema a pranzare in pantaloncini corti. Come antipasto di benvenuto ti offrono gratuitamente della pizza fritta e alla fine dei biscotti fatti in casa! Vorrei avere questo ristorante vicino a casa mia per poter gustare del buon cibo ancora e ancora!

Siamo arrivati in questo ristorante alle 19:30, il ristorante come tutti gli altri ristoranti in Italia apre alle 20:00, abbiamo deciso di sederci fuori ad aspettare, il proprietario del ristorante ci ha notato e ci ha invitato a sederci sulla terrazza del ristorante e ci ha offerto un aperitivo... Sono arrivati due Prosecco e 4 pezzi di Bruschetta fresca e gustosa completa di tovaglioli e salviette umide, cosa altro potevamo chiedere mentre aspettavamo che il locale aprisse!!!! Una volta seduti per cena, abbiamo avuto un piatto di 'crudo' (carpaccio crudo di pesce) Ottimi primi piatti di pasta e pesce e tagliata per i secondi, completati da un superbo vino che la padrona di casa ha consigli...

We were in a need to eat, and relax, after a long drive and a tiring visit to Paestum. Based on Tripadvisor, we stopped at this location, at about 14:00 on a Thursday afternoon. Oh boy, what an experience. The service was very warm and attending, the food was plentiful, and very tasty, and the price was way more than fair .. it was 50% of what I expected it to be. Some more details: 1. We ordered two first dishes (potato souffle and eggplant pasta thing which were really good. However, we also got two more dishes not small at all on the house (small fried balls not sure of what , and brochette . 2. We ordered still water, and two glasses of white wine. 3. We got bread. 4.
