"Popped in for a coffee . Made way through the pungant shop attracted by the open plan kitchen above. As I entered the café I greeted the 2 staff with a jolly 'hello ' and received a muted response. I sat on the available table with my partner who stood back up to make an order after a couple of minutes of standing clearly in front of the kitchen counter as it not apparent if it 's table service or not and no obvious till area the staff continued with their tasks at hand and made no attempt at communication .... My partner was eventually met with a curt grimaced can you give us a minute not a we 'll pop over in a minute to take an order or please bear with us which should have been communicated within at least the first minute of arrival bearing in mind there was all of 4 5 customers . Another lady awaiting her takeaway order returned and was then greeted with the same if not more grimaced curt can you give us a minute ' at which point I looked at my partner who had sat down again. I do not mind waiting one bit but after a hardly friendly greetings followed by grimace and negative energy oh the irony ! meant we decided to make our exit . Those 2 'girls ' should not be front of house work in an open kitchen or possibly even just serve coffee. rude weird vibes. Shaka"

We've only been here for a coffee so far but it's sooo relaxing here. Amazing ambience, the coffee tastes amazing and they have 5 types of plant-based milk to choose from. Will be coming back for a therapy session.

Today, my sister had a massage which was a birthday present from myself, they were running 30 minutes late because the therapist had missed her bus. They didn’t try to contact her before to let her know and were not apologetic. Such a shame, expected much better.

The place is really nice with a very positive vibe and lots of activities/things to do. The food is very tasty but I would say a bit overpriced considering that it is simple earthy ingredients. Otherwise has a very nice atmosphere and very friendly. Something unique in Richmond! Visualizza piatti

Popped in for a coffee to check out this new place which I was really excited about. No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever as I walked in by reception who didn’t even look up, and the staff in the cafe weren’t very warm or engaging either, just chatting among themselves. Lovely latte.

I booked onto a meditation class via class pass and only when I arrived at this centre was I told that I needed to pay the full £45 to attend the session. I haven’t been refunded my credits nor the car parking that I had pre-paid for. The woman who told me this at reception was incredibly unfriendly and unapologetic and the whole place felt very pretentious. After all, we can meditate for free so I will not be returning.
