"we have arrived on sunday for late lunch at 3pm and had been immediately welcomed by Ko, who made us feel as if we were home. we were seated in comfy banquettes and left to look through the menu; straight away I regretted to drive as there is great selection of sake, which Ko was very knowledgeable about and happy to recommend. Food menu is delicious to look at and so many good choices, we ended up with steak tartare, mussels, seafood bouillabaisse and coq au vin. All delicious and to die for ! ended up lunch with black sesame, ginger and yazu ice cream. Food, drinks and service were amazing !"

Very good table with an original fusion kitchen. Perfectly prepared quality products and a beautiful dress: we want to taste everything! Among the customers, the premises and the Japanese: it is a (good) sign. Good service and correct prices.

A fantastic little gem, tucked away from the main hustle and bustle, yet conveniently located near popular spots for drinks before or after dining. The menu was wonderfully inventive and exciting. Every dish was delicious, but the standout items were the onion soup and steak. I am eagerly looking forward to returning.

Really delicious fusion style Japanese food absolutely scrumptious. Could maybe do with bigger portions still hungry at the end. Also restaurant looks great quality at the back half and suited to the pricing but still looks like a daily cafe at the front which doesn't quite work with the pm pricing. With a few tweaks this could even be more outstanding.

The incredibly tasty food, along with the warm and accommodating French waitress, made for a delightful evening. We will definitely return, as the cote de boeuf was too good to pass up the opportunity to try the yuzu cream brulee. The staff even graciously provided a container for us to take home some leftovers for our cat, which was a thoughtful touch. Plus, it's great to know that you can bring your own wine for just £15, in case you don't have a large selection at home.
