"We turned up without a booking for a Sunday lunch 5 of us. We were welcomed very warmly. Atmosphere was excellent. Service was prestine. It was a really hot day: we had constant fresh water carafe refills, that was fantastic. Food was really decent (salmon, vegetarian couscous and nem, beef tartare and copious (I LOVED the French fries! . The the or cafe gourmand was really really generous. The birthday girl had sparkling candles on her pudding and we all enjoyed a complimentary glass of bubble. The owner went the extra mile to make us all feel special and that worked! Thank you to all the team!"
