Went for Sunday lunch 4th Feb, 6 folk in number. We all came away saying how good the experience had been. Very good portions, very good service at an affordable price. We will all be going back soon. Thank you to all the team

Stopped off for a night here. Service was brilliant. Had a great dinner in the pub with some tasty ales. Pudding was served up in the kitchen if the cottage so we could put our feet up in front of the fire with the dogs. Perfect evening. Really nice rooms with en suite.

Stayed and dined for one night, first impressions very good, room was really nice, excellent bathroom, nice view from window, tv had all Freeview channels and no problems, we dined at 7 and all ordered pulled pork buns, chips, onion rings and coleslaw all very nice, breakfast was superb and lots of options, service was excellent too, very friendly and really helpful, lots of parking outside, totally recommend

My family recently stayed at this hotel as my son was participating in the Edinburgh Marathon. We only needed a room for the night before the race, but unfortunately, there was no availability for the following night. Despite the hotel being just over an hour's drive from the city, it suited our needs perfectly as we couldn't find accommodation in Edinburgh without paying a high price. The room was well-presented and had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even preparing a packed breakfast for us since we had to leave early the next morning.
