"For dessert, my husband had the coffee parfait but had to return it because it had a bitter taste and an awful texture. The biscuits served with it were inedible and as hard as rocks. My gingerbread panna cotta was disappointing as it was not soft enough, lacked flavor, and the "sea salt tuille" was just melted sugar that was hard as glass. My husband was offered a different dessert and chose the sticky toffee, which he enjoyed. However, it took a long time to come out and was forgotten about until we asked twice. To their credit, they did not charge us for the dessert."

Really nice locally sourced food. Even nettles stewed from their own garden Had the soft shell crab followed by chicken and then the most immense dessert

A lovely meal at raithwaite hall. Food is quite pricey but expected at somewhere so lovely . A treat yourself place . Service was very good very friendly staff and lovely surroundings
