"Saw this place as we were walking to Peasholm Park as it’s just opposite the Columbus Ravine entrance. As I’d been fancying a proper green salad, it seemed a good place to stop. Wow. Just wow! For under £10 we got two large salad boxes, one with meat, a quiche, and two sodas. Absolutely the best option so far in our week of seaside holidaying, so much so that we are popping by there in the morning, on our way out of town, to get another lunch parcel to take for our picnic as we make our way south. With cobs starting at under £2 and hot meals under £4, why would you have a supermarket sandwich or “salad”?"

"Amazing food. We have ordered for collection multiple times and never had a bad meal- pizzas, garlic bread and pastas all sampled and all delicious. Tastes like traditional Italian food and is our go to takeaway. Very quick from order to pick up. Thank you!"

"Absolutely brilliant service and food. Highly recommend. I don't usually like fish fingers but my husband wanted to try one of the street food options so I opted for them anyway and couldn't have been more wrong. They were cooked to perfection. I love that all their materials are recyclable, and the option to pay it forward by donating a meal is a lovely touch. Service: Dine in"

"The restaurant was cold inside at 7pm. Cushions were provided for the chairs as they were hard wood. The food was nice, but we found that the restaurant Lanterna the night before had much better food. The service was slightly rushed, as we hadn't even chosen our food or drinks when we were asked. The staff had a nice manner while waiting on us. Overall, we felt that the price of £91 for only two courses and a gin each was a bit high, especially since neither of us had the steak. We decided to leave a 12.5% tip (£10), but we think this should be added automatically for tables of 4 or more, not just a table for two. "It 's quite difficult to weed out the 'reviews ' from the reviews these days. This is a review. I visited very early evening on a rainy Halloween without a booking. From the outside it looks pretty lively it certainly stands out from the many other Italians in Scarborough. The gentleman who greeted me didn 't flinch, tut or roll his eyes when I said I admitted I was without booking and offered me a table by the fire in the bar. He then pitched up quickly with a menu and took my drink order: Birra Moretti on tap hurrah who wouldn 't? I had come specifically for pizza and even the specials board couldn 't dissuade me. I ordered the Diavola, which came with a warning due to its chilli and N 'duja content. I was feeling adventurous. A steaming pizza duly arrived and I ate every bit. It was absolutely delicious: very thin base perfectly topped with aforesaid toppings along with pepperoni. It was hot, but not too hot (no need for a warning) and the meaty bits were good and salty. 'Reviews ' claim this is the best restaurant in Scarborough. It may be, but as I haven 't visited every restaurant in Scarborough I can 't verify that. But what I can say with honesty is that this is a lovely, cozy Italian serving perfect pizza."
