Had dinner in the restaurant and jerk Chicken was one of the best i like it. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Thank you so much guys for accommodating us even we didn't had any dinner booking. Food was amazing and service too.Thanks to chefs and restaurant staff.

Unfortunately, they changed the menu and the quality has gone downhill. I have no doubt the General Manager had a hand in it. He's obviously a hardcore been counter. Service is spotty at best, but they really try. Visualizza piatti

The food was quite good but the restaurant itself is quite soulless. The manager and senior staff were very helpful and pleasant, however some of the waiting staff have a couldn't care less attitude. There is a lack of alternative dining in the area so this should be so much better.

We had a lovely family meal on Tuesday evening. The restaurant was buzzing and there was a good atmosphere. Our meals we all delicious especially the Rib eye Steak and Chefs signature pork belly ! Our waitress was really friendly and chatty nothing was too much trouble. We’ll visit again with friends and totally recommend.

We had lunch laid on in the restaurant as part of our training course. Lovely chicken curry, or ham salad, or a vegetarian tagine. A nice plate of cut fruits or chocolate swiss roll afterwards. Three years ago I stayed in this hotel and was very impressed by the food. This time it was all very different. Very overpriced and we ended up having burgers. We had a guest with us and felt very embarrased when the meal came it was burned and obviously it has been heated up! I should have complained there and then, but we couldn't as for the sake of our companions. I would say that this is a place to avoid as it's not worth it!

My wife and I decided to have our evening meal at the hotel as we were staying there for onward travel to Harry Potter. When we arrived, there were a few guests eating and we were shown quickly to our table. The menu was good and had quite an extensive range of options. I had the duck and chicken terrine to start with. This was delicious and just the right size as a starter. I then had the king prawn linguine and my wife had the blue burger with twice fried chips. My dish was excellent and really hit the spot. My wife really enjoyed her burger but the chips were the star of the show, I pinched one to try and they were delicious!
