"Chouette restaurant avec 3 options clairement notées comme véganes ; une salade, un burger et un assortiment de tapas. J’ai opté pour cette dernière option et le plateau est assez copieux (gaspacho, frites, croquettes de pommes de terres, légumes, pain et tomates). Quelques facilités malgré tout ; légumes vapeur sans assaisonnement, quarts de tomates posés là, une coupelle d’olives sans grand intérêt… Bien dans l’ensemble mais pourrait être davantage travaillé. "We had two brunch options in this place. Beautiful decoration, quiet and clean place. A nice little extra: dogs are accepted We enjoyed fresh produce cooked on site, the pastries were delicious, the brunch was plentiful and we had the choice between several options on each element of the formula. We left this place with a full stomach. Only small point: the quantity of drink was limited for us (1 hot drink and 1 squeezed orange juice) We will come back with pleasure, I recommend"

"we were making a stopover at the airport of the touquet, so we decided to have lunch at the Escale. What a disappointment!The service is approximate and a pretentious twig. The tasteful quality of the dishes is not at the height of the prices. The apéro to share board was correct.The Santiagos with the mushroom risotto were too salty. The beef fillet with bearnese sauce was medium. The Cesar salad was far from being a success and had only the name. Given this, we didn’t risk taking desserts. As for the gas bottle, which is in fact only the water of the valve which is gasified, but billed at the price of a mineral water ... no comment. A restaurant with a starry rate but with a higher quality than average. Probably a unique experience that will not renew. Other airport restaurants offer much better for much cheaper."
