"Accueil prévenant et service très efficace et souriant donc rien à dire de ce côté là. Par contre la cuisine au secours : soupe de poisson correcte mais servie avec une rouille « croutée » de chez amora et du râpé Franprix. Les croûtons étaient pas trop mal. Tartare d’onglet sans aucun goût, sans aucune saveur (même la viande en elle même n’a aucun goût alors que l’onglet en principe ca a du goût ! et le tout servi tiédasse comme si le tartare avait attendu par erreur sous les lampes… frites sans huile j’imagine mais alors sans aucun goût, sèches et sans intérêt . Nous étions très pressés donc a pas eu le temps de tout renvoyer mais à ce tarif là franchement on s’attend au moins à manger quelque chose de bon… là même chez hypo la viande est meilleure… hyper déçu"

Non abbiamo cenato nella vera Brasserie ma nel ristorante dell'hotel, che propone una piccola cucina di assaggi, fino a comporre un unico menù variegato, di piatti però in stile internazionale. Buoni, per carità, ma comunque a prezzo decisamente alto (giustificato solo dall'ambiente scenograficamente d'impatto). Servizio decisamente di alto livello.

a terrace table very pleasant by these summer temperatures. a lot of waiting for the ordering and then the service but our waitress apologizes nicely and especially we see what it has to manage, it must not be simple. the palourdes and fish tartare inputs were really good, in dishes the soles portion a little disappointing, not very large and cooking lacking of marrow. champagne with flute is quite honorable. We want to go back because the entrance was really good quality and there are lots of dishes other than the sole we would like to taste.
