"The restaurant Fegeisen is not only a sensationally beautiful half-timbered house with good-bourgeois food from the outside. It tells stories and takes his guests lovingly. The ambience has knocked us out. It is cozy, exciting, has history and is decorated with so much heart blood. The owners carry the house lovingly and still have a few warm or funny words for their guests. We felt so good that we stayed overnight. Tasty room with everything you need and in the morning there was a delicious breakfast. In the small vault room there is also the purchaseable. Vintage accessories, antiques and beautiful little things to take along. Besides all this, the environment is also great. A wonderful cycle track, hiking trails and the approximately 500 m away nature experience swimming pool really invite you to stay. We thank Dirk and Jürgen you prepared us for a great weekend."

"We were there two spontaneously today. Although everything was reserved, we could eat before the other guests came. The service was very good and the food came fast. There was ox breast with horseradish sauce, potatoes and vegetables. The breast could have been softer the potatoes did not see salt and the vegetables were frozen. Peas and tubes. I've been a chef for 30 years, and I'd never dare to give it out. The 2 mushroom carvings were small, extremely thin and therefore no longer juicy. At the sauce, the cook did not save with the white pepper."

"Wir waren erst einmal bei dem Neuen Besitzer des Hauhofs, und wir waren uns sofort einig, als das Essen kam. Das war NICHT das letzte Mal. Voll lecker der Salatteller mit Grillgemüse inkl. grünen Spargel, sowie mit gebackenem panierten Schafskäse. Der Koch\Inhaber erkundigt sich persönlich nach der Zufriedenheit seiner Gäste. Wir mögen es, wenn die Karte NICHT so groß ist, dafuer aber eine Tagesempfehlung gibt. Macht weiter so, wir kommen gerne und bald wieder."

Conclusion: Rather than being as if after the first visit was largely top, the second visit was an absolute flop. Cause: the personal was always striving, but...There is no recommendation. "Ich war da nur zu einem Karate Lehrgang eingeladen. In der Gaststätte war ich nicht. Ich bin selber Kampfsportlehrer und hatte einige nette Gespräche mit zum Verein gehörenden Ringern. Das sind tolle Leute und sie haben eine sehr schöne Sporthalle. Einer meiner ehemaligen Schüler hat da eine neue Karate Abteilung gegründet. Die Gaststätte hab ich nur von außen gesehen. Es gibt auch einen Biergarten im Außenbereich. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Haus."
