"Well what can I say but a MASSIVE shout out to Grant. He's such an asset to the team, very helpful, polite, very professional. Grant served us with our large paddle board (x6) checked in on how we were getting on, which was our favourite or not so keen on, and he recommend something more to our taste. We stayed and had a 2nd paddle board and a few bites to eat. Food was good, very tasty, very quick service. A very friendly place, and polite Staff would highly recommend The Ales went down a treat"

Came in for lunch with the family on the weekend, service was excellent despite being busy and the food was even better. Will definitely be returning.

came out for dinner and was treated to a lovely burger and a pleasant conversation from Grant (i think) he took the time to talk to us and really engaged with our love of hot sauce, he recommended to come back for Sunday lunch.

Great way to kick start a hen do, prosecco brunch and if you are fortunate enough to have Grant as your waiter the occasion will be even better Grant knows how to give good customer service he joined in with the banter was really helpful and made sure the hen weekend got off to a great start

I purchased a whiskey and beer experience as a Christmas gift, and it turned out to be an amazing evening. The greeting was friendly and the pub was wonderful. Our host, Jason, was very knowledgeable about the brewing process and how to pair drinks. It was a perfect mix of learning and socializing, as Jason also allowed us time to chat during the tasting. I would highly recommend it.
