Worst curry i ever tasted. I ordered a chicken korma and It was totally not korma sauce. Plus It was very expensive for the quality. If you want real Indian food go to another place.

as I'm a bit critical of Indian food when I'm going out. a small community operation of two. from the outside, they will give them a strange feeling. . but eating is right. many places sell terrible useless eating when it comes to Indian eating. . . but this place knows the seasoned and they use them with care. not so expensive. . . taste it if you like Indian food.

We arrived that night in Berlin and were staying in Heart of Gold hostel (Buddha is very close to it). We were very hungry Ans we went in this restaurant. Its a small place with couple of people (chefs cum waiters). We asked them to...serve their speciality and we were served Tandori Chicken with rice the taste was awful, really poor quality. I was at Mitte and its near to the station Oriengastrabb . One minute walk at the back yard of our hostel Generator . Had already tried AMRIT so thought to try this one . Its small but comfortable , i had very personal treatment...with this joint . Tried Indian food like Daal and Nan with also some Spinach . Food quality is ok , but people around are good to serve specially the owner who is Indian as well Love to go again

I was so disappointed by eating in the buddha that the outdated restaurant facility reminded me of the Indian restaurants in west london that do not look great but serve great eating. that was not the case here in berlin. my paneer dish was quite inedible; rubbery paneer and a strange bitter tomato sauce with dry oily rice. I can say with certainty that my search for good Indian food continues in berlin...
