Kevin is absolute amazing the guy who owns the place have no human sense, complete useless feel sorry for Kevin to work under these circumstances. They should only sell icecreams as the food served is cold

We were very taken with this restaurant that had an English version of the menu handed to us on arrival. The food was very good and moderately priced. I had a burger and my husband had steak tartare. A very comprehensive menu with other options...than the usually grilled food and burgers. Easy to park with the restaurant being situated on the perimeter of a retail/business Park. The staff were not bilingual but with the English menu and our smattering of French we cracked it easily.

We had travelled over hours so were pretty hungry. As we were travelling with our dog we were concerned about limitations of restaurants but the Manager was great there was no bother. Waitress was attentive, helpful and fast. Food was good, music wasn't...overbearing in the slightest which makes a change from these type of places. All in all a very pleasant experience. It seemed to be the only place around to eat it was busy as it was a Saturday but food was delivered quickly and yes would recommend to eat here. Visualizza piatti

Wow I’ve never seen such bad customer service in my life. The manager of this company needs sacking. After being very dismissed me and my work colleagues to a level that is disgraceful in hospitality. It’s not surprising buffalo grill has the reputation that it...does when the staff are not fit for the service. In a time where the restaurant business is trying to recover the losses of lockdown the manager treats the customers in a disrespectful manner. The manager should be left to sweep the floor....oh and the food was freezing cold

My husband had a perfectly edible steak. I ordered the same cut which was inedible. I had to leave mine and shared my husband's. The attitude of the waitress was less than satisfactory. She said that I must have had a bad steak, but...there was no suggestion of a reduction in price, a replacement, or a sorry. Buffalo Bill restaurants are primarily a steak restaurant but try to get by by serving poor steaks to those they believe will not return. We have eaten at other restaurants in the same chain and enjoyed good meals. What a shame Alençon let's the name down.

We used to regularly visit Buffalo Grill's on our journeys through France staying in cheap B and B hotels, but haven't been for quite a few years so were looking forward to eating there again. What a disappointment! The salmon was raw on arrival so...taken back to be cooked, and rather than start from fresh it was put in a microwave and heated, so some was cooked and some was overcooked hard flakes. Myself and a friend ordered x XXL cote de Bouef Big Steaks, they were dreadfully undercooked and without exception THE worst steaks I have ever had. They were just pure fat and turtle, anything which I eventually managed to sit was chewed repeatedly until...all I could do was spit it back out onto the plate. The waiter could see only of the meat had been eaten and asked how the meals were. I explained, pure fat and gristle and that they were just chewy and awful. We visited here as a family, and all I can say about this buffalo grill are good things, our server romain C was very professional, we didn’t speak the best french but he was patient and even spoke a little english, before we’d even order...food we received a small salad and popcorn with our drinks, for mains we ordered the sharing platter, highly recommend it very tasty and very well priced, huge variety of meats and even corn on the cob, cooked to perfection, but remember that in france meat is usually not very cooked so make sure to ask for it a bit more cooked than how you usually have it, on the menu they have a guide of the exact words to say when ordering how well/**** you would like...
