"We went here for our Anniversary yesterday, yes I know, we keep it really fancy. We do however miss the typical American burger and fries, so we were excited to try this place out. We parked by the mall and took about a 2 minute easy walk to the restaurant. It was a very nice laid back atmosphere, which really fits with our personalities. The menus were incredibly simple, which made choosing what to get a breeze. I had the bacon and & egg burger and my husband chose the champ. Both burgers were absolutely delicious! The menu is only in German, but all the words on it are simple words that I already knew, but if you know absolutely no German then you can get by with using Google Translate, that is what my husband starting doing before he ended up just asking me. Since it's so small, it's easy to translate. They had localish sodas and beers which was pretty cool! I asked to have my burger closer to well done, since it said on the menu they cook them between medium-medium rare. They were on par with cooking it to my liking, it was perfect! I also asked for my egg to be cooked hard, and they did that as well. My only complaint was the fries were a little too well done, but I believe that is how they serve them and my husband really liked them. I also loved that they gave him extra ketchup without charging. It's the small things that make you happiest. It felt like a burger joint from back home and it was perfect to curb the cravings!"

Die besten Burger außerhalb Amerikas! Große Portionen, Qualität super, Preise angemessen. Getränke etwas teurer.

Extrem leckere Burger! Pommes und Dips sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Konzept ist stimmig und der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Weg in die nicht ganz zentral gelegene Lokation lohnt sich in jedem Fall.

Every burger they offer has a vegan alternative that isn't just a beyond burger. I think it is a bean/quinoa patty, but could be wrong. Anyway, the burger and bun is delicious and they do not limit vegans to just one or two options. Staff is knowledgeable about vegan food.

Kaiserslautern hat endlich mal einen Burgerladen wie diesen gebraucht. Fleisch war gut durchgebraten, Burgerbrot getoastet. Ist ein guter Ort, besonders für Jugendliche, um zu essen. Kann einen Besuch nur weiterempfehlen und das war mit großer Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal, dass ich dort essen war.

Perfekt um abends noch schnell was zu essen bevor es auf die Piste geht. Es gibt nur Burger und Fries. Das Essen kommt schnell und war immer sehr gut.Das Ambiente ist minimalistisch aber wie ich finde sehr schön.Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Für meinen Geschmack passt gier alles.

After a day spent in Kaiserslautern we were looking for a place to have dinner with our 5yo. The staff was really friendly and our food arrived pretty quickly after we ordered at the counter. But the food was a little bland and could do with a little more seasoning. The place itself is pretty cute with little LEGO figures everywhere.

Das 16/57 bietet in relativ einfachem Ambiente super leckere Burger. Das Fleisch ist frisch und geschmacklich sehr lecker. Medium rare, wie in der Karte angekündigt wurde zwar nicht serviert, aber es war trotzdem sehr saftig. Die Brötchen waren knusprig lecker und sind nicht wie bei vielen anderen Burgerrestaurants durchgeweicht. Die selbst gemachten Pommes waren ein highlight.Fazit: Echt leckeres Essen, was man aner für den Preis auch erwarten kann.
