Terrible slowest service ever wasnt even busy compared to other places . Never again will I be able . In my order coke and fries

Only ordered a triple stacker, very concerning that it took 3 People to make it without any gloves, also it was not hot almost cold so decided to Chuck it away. Let’s hope they up their game very quickly

The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is served efficiently, and it appears that the full menu is utilized unlike some other locations. The dine-in area is mostly frequented by teenagers for lunch and afternoon tea, but they are never disruptive when you are with your family. Visualizza piatti

The restaurant was average, but it seems like the burgers have gotten smaller. I ordered the cheese, bacon, and beef burger meal and was surprised by the price and portion size. It was more like a kids meal, in fact, the burger was the same size as my 4-year-old grandson's meal. The coffee was good, but overall, it was not worth the money.

20 minutes between order and receiving food. In those 20 minutes only 2 other orders were served. One was returned for a refund. Only 2 kids in trying to run the place they didn 't have a clue. Burger was room temperature. Bun was stale. Place was covered in rubbish tables, floor, everywhere. Easily the worst fast food 'restaurant ' I 've ever had the misfortune to be in. Never again.

Went to burger king on stoneferry with my daughter. After waiting in a queue for 30 and totally been ignored for 30 minutes I walked out. Same as the people in front of me all walked out. Burger King lost 14 customers in that 30 minutes. Staff was to busy wondering what was going on and walking about.One member of staff was more interested in there hair style. Both my wife and I was on our way to watch a comedy act in Hull, so we parked in St Stephens. We decided to pop in to Burger King for something to eat before the theatre.... Well, we queued behind 6 customers (2 groups) and after waiting 10mins in a fast food operation and looking at all the dirty tables.... We decided to go the Café Nero for a coffee and a bun. The staff were not receptive at all, the place was filthy and the staff chatting to each other. We will not be going there again......

We ordered two double Whopper Flame Grill burgers, one with lettuce and one without, along with one order of fries and one order of onion rings. The food arrived on time but was stone cold. Both burgers had lettuce and the onion rings were inedible. Only one patty was in each bun, not double as ordered. We paid £20 for a disappointing meal. After contacting Just Eat, we were refunded approximately £18. We will never order from this restaurant again. The food tasted like it had been cooked hours before delivery, which is not safe in this heat. We ordered for 8pm, not late. Unfortunately, all of the food ended up in the trash. Avoid this place if you're looking for decent food.

I visited mid-week, late morning at half term with my 4 year old granddaughter after a birthday visit to build-a-bear. It was the first time I had been to a BK since my own children were small and I did not know what to expect! I wanted to see the children’s menu but there was nothing on display (everything is pictured up in lights above your head except the children’s menu so the young lady on the till had to verbally list and describe all the options.
