Die Burger und Co sind lecker aber es wird so oft etwas bei der Auslieferung vergessen, heute sogar der BURGER. Wieso bestellt man nochmal bei euch?!

Wirklich keine guten Burger oder Pommes. Geschmacklich nah an Burger King/McDonalds, aber auch inhaltlich ist es zu viel Cholesterin. Wer anständige Burger will, geht zu einem der vielreichen Burgerläden dieser Stadt, aber nicht zu einer Fast Food Kette.

NAch Corona bedingter Schließung des Lokals kann man nun auch wieder vor Ort konsumieren. Äußerst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Empfang, unkompliziert, Zubereitungszeit 5-max. 10 Minuten, sehr wohlschmeckend, Portionen weder zu groß noch zu klein, sehr große Auswahl bzw. viele Kombiniermöglichkeiten, Preis-Leistung absolut ok. So far I had avoided ordering Burger, as I like to grill myself and know how fast things can go wrong and how important not only Patty (meat), but also Bun (balls) are. The Beef Cheeseburger with Brioche Bun and Chipotle Sauce was good, you can't complain. Here you can order again. Only Manko: The food was unfortunately no longer very warm. Maybe next time, there's more.

At the first bite in the burger on a hard bite, a piece of transparent plastic was. Called for customer service and received a voucher only for the burger (the rest of the order I did not eat anymore), which I also passed on as I will not order again. I think money back would be the least. Great plus, however, is that all employees are very friendly and nice. Still, this is a no-go and dangerous. Edit: The money was refunded to me, the service is really great! There's nothing to complain about.
