"Dear Burggraf team, dear guests, as always with such reviews I would like to anticipate one thing, namely that I usually feel compelled only with very good or very bad experiences to make a kind of assessment. In this case, however, I cannot avoid sharing my experiences. But we're coming to dinner. In the last half of the year I had the opportunity to experience the Burggraf team (both à la carte and various events in action). And what I have experienced is very difficult to put into words. Because not only individual points are clearly mentioned (such as the excellent quality of food, the great service, the wonderful location, ... that for me this ingenious experience, but the composition of such small things that are mixed with the feelings that are being transported. The short version of my review is: brilliant, please feel free to experience yourself. Ideal min. 1x à la Carte and 1x at one of the many events. The long version follows: The ambience: The ambience in the place is (in my opinion is brilliant). Started by as small things as the big (Laguiole?! Knives, beverage carafes, original and well-tuned interiors, etc. Only the structurally high noise level can be somewhat disturbing depending on the load. Staff and Service: I can't say anything here except HERVORRAGEND. The staff was barely nice, very attentive and the _ohne_apparent. This also applies in particular to the head of the house. He always seems beautiful and spreads an ingenious and loose atmosphere. He is always with advice and deed about meat and his preparation and explains everything you need to know about grills and steaks. Food and Beverage: I think it's enough to say that the Burggraf team deserves the name Meatheaven! But I also have to mention that not only the meat is an absolute top class. Also beer, dessert and the supplements are top category. My conclusion: The team of Burggraf Bräu managed what I would not have thought possible. It has banished my two top drivers in the Steak Barbecue category to second place. And DAS wants to say something, because the other two restaurants are also absolute weights in their respective category. True 2 hours drive to get in. It was worth it. Very nice condition so it must be. Top meat quality!! They'd make it back there.

Great fresh. Team! Food, of course. Cosy ambience, warm reflection, dreamy meat, where you taste the quality. And also for veggie burgers, as I have never eaten. Convince yourself.

Always happy! Both cooking classes and thematic buffets (like Smoke Steak) are the hammer and enjoyment for the palate! Have rarely experienced such a great service there are all with heart blood!

I took part in the Low and Slow BBQ course. Phenomena. How to wish. If the course manager has fun, the mood swings over. And we all had fun. It was informative, tasty and very fleshy or simply said: thumb up.

We were in the Smoker Buffet last night and it was great!! Such a great and nice team welcomes a rare one. Greeting was warm and the whole service ran smoothly and always with a smile on the face. The whole organization of the evening was well thought out and despite a variety of people it never came to longer waiting times or a great mess. A dream was the wide range of different types of meat, but also the supplements, salads and sauces were very delicious. The New York cheese cake rounded off the evening perfectly. It was really a flesh sky We will probably go more often and try the other events!

We attended a Smoke and Steak Buffet event and were totally enthusiastic. Nice atmosphere, super nice operation and host. The food was excellent, with a delicious selection of meat specialties from the grill and from the smoker, all perfectly prepared and of high quality. A large selection of delicious supplements. You could eat and enjoy the buffet as often as you could. An aperitif, bread dips as an appetizer dessert were also included. From the map you could order additional drinks. It is worth going in a group. We have already bought tickets for more events, as the price/performance ratio is correct. Entrance from 18:00, beginning at 19:00.
