"Food is actually great, but not great enough to put up with how unbelievably rude the staff was! Like extremely rude to all customers as if they wish all to get lost at once! It’s not even the no-smile-rude, it’s the “I hate you and...I hate my job and everything about it” rude! At I sat there for like minutes waving to every single waiter, and they looked me in eyes but just gone, until I literally had to yell we need to order, that’s where the first grumpy waiter shouted back you have to go order inside “I didn’t read that at first in the fine print on the greasy menu” so I went inside to order at an even way more grumpier waitress behind the counter who took my order, apart from the rude tone and attitude, after finishing, i was really hesitant to ask to have the rest of my son’s food packed, I had to ask her politely as she was passing by to come over not to shout out the request, she said I’ll be back, but she never did, even after passing by and asking her the same for more times over the course of minutes! My wife had to literally stand in her way told her we called you like times! She simply said I got stuff to do (now the place was nearly empty)! So my wife handed her the food to have it packed! We didn’t actually eat it afterwards, cause we actually thought she might have done something in it/or maybe she didn’t but she was rude enough for us to have such thoughts! In short, NEVER AGAIN!"

Rude staff, awful food, too salty,not tasty at all and no attention to special requirements even after they charge you in addition for those.

The pasta and pizza was great testing with simple decorations of the restaurant, the stuff they are very active . Better to set in said the restaurant

The food was in Buster Pasta was ok. But the staff was unmotivated, not smiling, not kind. You didn’t get a hello, thanks or bon appetite. Very poor!!!

Very mediocre food too oily, pasta was not al dante. Far too many smokers in the seating outside but that is probably due to more tolerant smoking rules in Germany

The pasta portions are extra large and only euros. I like the idea of ordering inside and having your food brought to the table. The service is very fast. Recommended!

The location is perfect, the staff is very friendly and the menu offers a large selection so everyone can find something the like. The pasta was fresh and a very nice portion and definitely worth the price. The pizza was also very tasty and one...of the best we had generally and especially in Frankfurt. Really enjoyed our meal thank you.
