Currently dealing withe multiple allergies for a breastfed baby, so I'm avoiding soy, dairy, egg and gluten. They were very helpful showing me where to look for what I might eat. Although I had researched what I could have on the website to see if I could eat anything. Food was tasty, and arrived quickly. Baby made a terrible mess with his food, but no one minded. We took our baby girl of weeks to Byron this evening and had a great time. The food and service was top shelp, especially considering we are awkward customers with our dietary requirements. We were served by Bella who went through our choices with a fine toothed comb and she was incredibly patient (noticeably more so than other restaurants we have been to)! Would recommend this particular restaurant to anyone and to top it off, as a random act of kindness they didn't charge us for our meal to celebrate our new family member!

We stopped off for an early dinner travelling back from London on a very rainy Thursday afternoon before getting the ferry back to The Island. We were greeted by Ollie the Manager, who was extremely welcoming, promptly took our order and very helpful when covering food intolerances. The food was, as it always is, super tasty and just what we needed. We haven’t visited in a while due to Covid and although banana milkshakes aren’t on the menu any more-(our favourite the chocolate and the salted caramel milkshakes were equally nice! sat with the family for a birthday party, but was largely ruined for various reasons. first, the ordering and checking of the menu was painful because there are no paper menus that they need to use their smartphone (whether they are unwilling if they do not own). Bad...signal in the restaurant, so tried to use byrons wlan was painfully slow. ends up viewing menu on the ipad of the server, but open it had a frosty and unfriendly wise. the whole process took too long and wounded us all. the manager told me that the restaurant was underoccupied so that the service was extremely slow to get even the drinks and arrive for about mins overall for eating (only a party of the restaurant was just abou...
