"Ca la Matilde is by far the best restaurant in the area, and it is indeed a hidden treasure. The menu is excellent with probably the widest range of choices in la Garrotxa; their dishes are cooked with local food. The price is really unexpensive considering the quality of the food, its presentation and the fact that seasonal dishes are added to the menu. I would recommend it greatly to anyone interested in traditional Catalan cuisine, or to anyone who wants to enjoy a wonderful meal. You will surely not regret it. A tip: Keep in mind that the place is usually crowded; be there early."

Restaurante familiar con muy buena comida. El servicio correcto, nos pusieron mesa a un grupo con niños rápido. Menú de fin de semana 25€ +5€ si se comparte para 2 personas. Menú infantil 15€ con muchísimas opciones distintas, todas muy ricas.

We had lunch here twice this week on our cycling holiday. The 4 course menu is a bargain at 12 euros and the food was really excellent. Different choices on both days. The gazpacho was a lovely starter and beef cheeks cooked with mushrooms was stunning. A large carafe of rose wine and water are included. I wish we had restaurants like this at home.

Restaurante de comida casera tradicional situado en la carretera principal de Sant Feliu de Pallerols con una buena relación calidad/precio. Había estado años atrás y el ambiente ha mejorado, ha sido reformado recientemente. El sitio está limpio y hay una temperatura agradable. Servicio rápido y de calidad. Importante reservar por teléfono para asegurar tener una mesa, pues se llena rápido. No se puede pagar con tarjeta, solo efectivo. Bastante espacio para aparcar fuera, buen acceso para silla de ruedas.

Magnífica Atención ...simpatía...y menú excelente..todo buenísimo y de buena calidad...cantidad.muy muy generosa y el.precio por debajo de esa calidad...nos sorprendió gratamenteeee...Volveremos sin dudarlo. Portem tres estius passant 8 dies de descans a Sant Feliu de Pallerols..i Les Plane d'Hostoles i anem a dinar a Ca la Matilde!!! ..entrant..primer..segon i postres per un preu estupendo...i està sempre TOT ..TANNNN BOOO!!!!que només tenim bons adjectius per aquesta família tan maca i que en sap de preparar menus!!! Fins aviat!!!! NO dubteu en anar-hi.
