Absinthe was one of the best restaurants we've been to in France We were a party of nine w five kids They sat us early and were very attentive.

Day dish with green lemon fish and coconut rice. Very good despite the taste of too little in sauce. Crumble fusion - apple crust in dessert. A relaxing and caring environment.

the map is like the elegant and fresh restaurant. We took a pie and a pie with fish rillettes: simple, copied, fresh and tasted. dessert a lemon mousse: light and too good. Congratulations to the chef.

the food is elevated for its quality and the staff is short and badly manned. there was an open table where I wanted to sit, and from an incessant ground one of the waiters refused to sit there. would not recommend.

a small card but a great talent in kitchen; fresh products worked with dexterity and taste for good and beautiful things, homemade desserts as excellent, a smiling and competent service, a Zen and pleasant environment; all ingredients are gathered to make it a nice step.

We both chose the same dishes Salmon followed by apple crumble. The salmon was crusted with sesame seeds and perfectly cooked it was served with baked potatoes covered in a green sauce containing amongst other things, coriander. The sauce looked a bit odd...but tasted good. The apple crumble was very nice with sharp apples and a nice nut containing crumble topping. An espresso finished off my meal. Service was friendly and quick. Nice clean toilets. for two.

we chose both the same dishes salmon followed by apple crumbs. the salmon was scorched with sesame seeds and perfectly boiled, it was served with baked carrots covered in a green sauce with, among other things, coriander. the sauce looked a little strange. but tasted good. the apfelkrone was very nice with sharp apples and a beautiful nut that contained crispy plunged. an espresso finished my meal. service was friendly and fast. nice clean toilets. 37€ for two.
