I'm in Neuilly-sur-Seine often for business. This is my favorite café and I always make a point of eating here. The food is always great. The service is authentic and kind. It may just be a neighborhood haunt for the locals, but they treat me...nicely even if I stumble with my French. You cannot go wrong here.

We just moved in the neighborhood and we were tracking down. working at home, I need to have strategic points for my rdv pros but also rdv persos. I am delighted to have discovered this brewery, the kitchen is top, fresh products, qualities, gourmet dishes, affordable prices. the team is very nice and the reactive service. As an American in Neuilly-sur-Seine on business, I stopped here for a single, causal dinner around 7pm on a beautiful weekday evening. I asked for a "table pour un" in imperfect French, and the waiter seated me with a smile and gave me an English menu. Very professional and cordial. The wine selection is adequate, and the food choices are varied. I had a salad with a local vin rouge, and enjoyed being surrounded by couples and groups of mostly young French professionals having a wonderful time. As an American in Paris who lives in Neuilly, Café du Marché is definitively my go to favorite! Because of my busy schedule, I rarely have time to cook so, I do eat here quite a few times a week whether it's breakfast, lunch, dinner...or just having a coffee or a beer on a break. I often eat alone, as well as enjoying bringing along a friend or friends for a relaxed and delicious meal. I can suggest just about everything on the menu if I haven't eaten it, a friend has. Excellent warm and friendly service I always feel welcome and very well taken care of. We arrive at two at 1:15. The coffee is full we find a table stuck between the counter and customers. No hello here, no smile, no welcome. It's a factory. The salmon board comes quickly and it's excellent. Around 14:30 there are only a few customers left and yet it is the endless waiting to get our 2 salads. When finally my salad comes, I see a bug run on the piece of burrata. I'll take it off. I'm calling the waiter to show him what seems to me to be a cockroach baby. He doesn't care. A little worried I'm still eating my salad. When I go to the clean toilet, I discover the shades of flyers, which clearly means the presence of worm food.
