The „fried Day“ plate is not worth the price. Potatoes served with the plate were probably made the day before. The culugiones were good and tasty.

Yummy food, the clam pasta was particularly good. We went as a family of 4, including two picky 13 year olds and they enjoyed the spaghetti with mussels. Delicious chocolate mousse for dessert and ice cream with espresso

We ordered the pork belly, which normally is delicious at other places, but here we were served more or less a lump of fat. Definitely not recommended for a nice dinner. Service was non-existent and they were quite busy making us leave.

Day trip to Cala Gonone we chose this restaurant for lunch and did not know what to expect but this gem was completely fantastic! I have worked as a chef in France and the Italian food in this place was outstanding! The risotto was out of this world and the homemade Sardinien tortellini’s were just amazing. Nice setting on the street across from the restaurant. I had beef cheeks which were tender but the gravy with it was not good. My partner had pasta with mussels which she said was good not great. Tiramisu was mostly cream, no cake with little flavour. When I received the bill, they told me to get up from my table and walk into the restaurant to pay. Never had to do that before anywhere in the world. What an insult. My advice: choose another restaurant.

Abbiamo mangiato la pasta durante la nostra prima visita a questo ristorante, entrambi i piatti erano freschi e gustosi. Siamo tornati la sera successiva e abbiamo preso la bistecca che era molto buona, ma avrebbe potuto essere accompagnata da un po' di verdure. Il servizio è stato efficiente durante la nostra prima visita, ma sembrava un po' svogliato durante la seconda, anche se non siamo stati fatti aspettare per il cibo. Splendide viste sul porto dalla terrazza esterna.

Nice deck style terrace with a good view of the bay. The quality of the dishes and their creative presentation made for a very enjoyable meal one of the best we had in Cala Gonone where pizzerias dominate the restaurant scene. We particularly enjoyed the mixed seafood appetiser and main courses of ‘smoked spaghetti’ with mussels and a special of red prawn and mozzarella risotto. Service was good and it was no trouble to walk a few meters into the hotel reception to settle the bill which with drinks dessert and coffee came to €108. Visualizza piatti
