"we have always enjoyed carluccio and have our favorite dishes. However, in this occasion our seafood was lacking some of the expected seafood and the soße of taste. we had to send it back. the giardiniera was good as my bark meat pappardelle, but the carbonara was incredibly oily. a beautiful and service excellent."

My burger had dry buns, a small salad, a slice of tomato, insufficient red onion jam, and not enough fries. The burger was overcooked. The service was also sluggish.

Having booked on line and then received a reminder, I was surprised to find that the restaurant had no record of our booking!! Having said that, the food was excellent as was the service..

We were a big group and The staff were really efficient. The food service was super fast and enabled us to get to theatre in plenty of time. I definitely recommend for pre theatre meal as just opposite.

the restaurant is in a great location and the ambiente is excellent. all the staff were very friendly and helpful, but we thought it was easy to eat. the manager was especially friendly and made us feel at home."
