Mio marito ed io siamo venuti qui l'ultima sera a Como e che splendido pasto abbiamo avuto come regalo d'addio! Il cibo, il servizio, la pittoresca posizione sono tutti stupendi! Consigliatissimo!

Siamo andati a piedi da Tremezzo per cenare, ma abbiamo scoperto che il locale era chiuso. PER FAVORE aggiornate le informazioni sugli orari di apertura! Un'ora di cammino avanti e indietro, completamente sprecata.

This was a great find in a beautiful location. You could tell the food was home made and it definately made a change to pizza. It was only 10 minutes from Mennagio and for 3 of us with 2 G&T's the bill was 100 euros which was worth every penny.

Esperienza fantastica! Abbiamo apprezzato tutto: l'atmosfera, la vista, il cibo autentico e la proprietaria super amichevole Alice. Tornerò sicuramente - il posto migliore per un lungo pranzo domenicale. Il ristorante ha un facile parcheggio, che è anche molto importante sul Lago di Como.

This restaurant was magical. Between the food, the service and the atmosphere, I cannot imagine anything else that could have been possible! It all begins with a stroll up through the beautiful grounds to a quaint alfresco dining experience. Make sure you upgrade with a sampling of the house made olive oil and selections of salts. Built in 1690..... better than ever!

This amazing restaurant is quiet, serene, delicious, relaxing.... all while taking in life in Lake Como. We took our children here and they played in the gated yard while my husband and i enjoyed our dinner, wine and dessert.... it was idyllic in the centuries old garden (I want to say 1100's)... but may be wrong, Owners were there talking and having a nice time. I will go more than once next time!

Outstanding restaurant! We enjoyed everything about this meal, the setting is incredible and really enhances the atmosphere alongside the authentic Italian food and friendly, accomodating service. Could not recommend this restaurant enough, definitely book as this is not one to miss! We enjoyed sharing the most delicious fresh figs and ham to start, followed by a homemade lamb ragu pasta. We then had meat main courses, both of which were seasoned and cooked to perfection. Finished off by the best dessert from our trip. Would have loved to have been able to go back and try the rest of the menu. Thank you, for the loveliest evening.

Special and true food experience with home grown ingredients! This wonderful place serves the most wonderful dinner we have had in ages. The textures are fantastic, the taste, vegetables and herbes from the garden just below the terrace. We had dinner a few time, also staying in the B&B and what shall I say everything was just unbelievable! For starters we enjoyed the great ham, salami and cheese plate, as primi the pasta with black cabbage pesto is great, the pasta with lamb ragu just brilliant. As secondi the beef tartare ist great, the fish as well, vitello tonato obviously too. And deserts and accompanying local wines round it off! We were very lucky to get a cancellation spot at this restaurant, so I recommend booking well in advance in high season.We went here with friends who are experienced foodies, and even they were impressed. Hubby and I are not foodies, but we could tell this place was special. They served a tiny ramekin of Sicillian Caponata after we ordered, and it was one of the best things any of us had had ever tasted-we were literally licking the bowl!
