"Ich habe heute ein Gericht dort geholt, das dort als Lasagne al Forno bezeichnet wurde. Evtl. habe ich keine Ahnung was man bei Castel del Monte genau darunter versteht. Aber meines Wissen nach wird eine Lasagne mit Hackfleisch gemacht und nicht in einer undefinierbaren schlabberigen Sahnesosse ertränkt, die entfernt nach Tomate schmeckt. Das Hackfleisch musste man in den Klumpen Pastateig suchen, von einer Bechamelsauce war, aufgrund der Masse an seltsamer Sahnesosse, kaum etwas auszumachen. Dazu war das ganze lauwarm (nach Angabe des Wirtes dauerte es 30 Minuten wir waren nach 25 dort, Essen war erst auf Nachfrage nach über 30 Minuten fertig, warum also lauwarm? .Wir haben nun der Pizzeria in den letzten Jahren 3x eine Chance gegeben, jedesmal war das Essen höchstens 1 Stern wert.Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn es im Restaurant serviert wird, aber das kann ich nicht beurteilen. Zum Abholen, nein danke, nie wieder."
