"We arrived at a little after our booking time of 6pm but rang to say we were running a few minutes late as the journey took longer than expected. When we did arrive, the welcome was very warm and we were seated by the window. I was glad of that as the main body of the restaurant got quite busy and loud, and I enjoyed people watching! I was not impressed by the starter of dipping breads they did seem a little stale, but our main courses were excellent when they arrived. (Minute steak with a side salad for me and lasagne for him both delicious) They were obviously short staffed with just two waitresses and a bartender, but they went about their duties cheerfully. By 7.30pm they had got so busy they were turning people away. I’d go again but choose another starter."

Very happy with the whole experience that we had at Carluccios. Delicious food, great atmosphere and very friendly staff. We will be coming back soon again.

We were greeted and seated to our request outside. Staff all very polite and professional. Food quick, good, fresh and well presented. Tables were well spaced and air con was cool on a very hot day.

The table service wasn’t very good. We got orders first then drinks about 5 min after. The Lasagna was ok but disappointing for an Italian restaurant. We ordered some bread as a side and one of the breads was at least 1,5 days old. Ok but not good.

I had a wonderful meal here. The food was delicious, so fresh and really tasty. The staff were very friendly and kind. They let me take my time and have a break between courses and couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommended. A fantastic experience.

Always enjoy eating here and food usually excellent. Just two little gripes this time. I had to wait quite a long time it was only reasonably busy) and the starter, which last time was warm, this time, was cold although still delicious! Staff are invariably pleasant and helpful.
