"Just an update to my 2018 review ... unfortunately ... it has taken until 2023 for a post covid visit. I'm happy to report that it is equal to , if not better than in 2018....such isn't the case for most restaurants I have revisited . Its a Bistro ...so if you don't lie close tables and noise , you won't be pleased. But if you enjoy the Bistro environment, getting to know your table mates and amazing food for reasonable prices....this is THE place. The staff is amazing, service is personal and attentive and the vibe is fantastic. I've been three times on this visit and may plan a future return to Paris just for this resturant."

Friendly atmosphere and staff, and excellently prepared food. The wine sauce over the pork was superb. House wine is inexpensive and surprisingly good.

I love this place ! U step into old Paris! Long tables where you sit close to each other / excellent food / excellent service. It is as if all of a sudden Sartre or De Beauvoir could sit next to you. If you go to Paris, include this in your trip !!

small bistro nestled in the street stanislas "in marcel" astonished by its disposition. you will find the setting, the atmosphere of some Lyon caps, a long room and close tables that promote exchanges and conviviality. the service is very attentive, the tasty dishes and the menu of the wines quite rich. so we spend an excellent time and the evening ends around a coffee to chat with the boss by snacking pralines:-)
