order for delivery pizza base not in the restaurant (preferably purchased in the super market) and much too bold with low quality toppings

The food was not cooked properly. The manager did not speak to us to apologise for the undercooked food. The waitress told us they would take the food off the bill, wich they did. The service was very poor, the restaurant was not busy that...night so there was no excuse for lack of service

pizza and chips were nice, but we tried to book a day, called 6 times and no one answered, so we ordered a takeaway and wanted to inquire about allergens in something we had ordered, how it did not. easy to eat, ranked 17 teams and no one picked up, which means that they sent out to eat that I could not eat if it had been removed so easily from the teller

A very lukewarm experience. Pizza Hut than Italian pizza. My boyfriend had a margherita and I had a seafood one. The tomato on the margherita just tasted like dolmio, not quite sure what cheese was on the pizza either and to top it all...off the didn't remove the skin from the salmon , floppy silvery scales covered with melted cheese of some sort, definitely not mozzarella. Oh, did I mentioned it was also uncooked? Well Ciao Bella more likely Goodbye Bella and never again.

I booked a table for friends last night, which we rarely see. which meant to be a special, pleasant evening that 2 of my friends had traveled for an hour was ruined. I booked the table last week, received a confirmation and...also an email on the day before as a reminder of my booking and how they could not wait to welcome us. we came and the restaurant was closed! how can they book customer tables online while they stay closed! extremely unsatisfactory and what a waste of our time with what meant to be a beautiful evening!

The only reason this is an average review and not a poor is down to the 3 lovely front of house girls Emily, Jessal and Jodie, thanks for your amazing hospitality and endless apologies for circumstances beyond your control. Firstly shame on you, non existent...management, very poor.Especially when you have a booking of 20 people plus walk ins and your no where to be seen. Chef's your obviously overworked and underpaid, I know it's my job but really put some pride into your work or find better bosses or quit but don't put rubbish out. Clearly would not recommend

Had high hopes for this place. First time we went had one of the best pizzas ever had. Returned for the carvery. Which was one of the worst meals ever had. Overcooked cold veg, greasy roast potatoes, luke warm cauliflower cheese. Were given 50% off...as gesture of goodwill. Still meant we paid £7 each for barely 2 forkfuls of inedible slop. Problem is they just can't decide what they want to specialise in. Rather than stick to doing one thing well, they are trying out multiple things and failing. Word of advice..Putting up fluorescent cardboard signs or sheets of printed A4 paper with blu tack all over your windows to advertise your special offers doesn't give the greatest impression. I don't think Ciao Bella knows what it wants to be, Is it an italian, a carvery or a steakhouse? When my partner I visited on a Wednesday we were seated and asked what drinks we would like, I asked what lager is on...tap, they said just Carling, which for an Italian is pretty unusual, was kind of expecting Peroni or tti, but as that was the only choice that's what we had, some water was supposed to come but only the Carling turned up so had to ask for water again, then another two Carling came over and the girl looked very confused that we already had our drinks and then kind of stared at us for a bit from the bar, along with a few other staff, bit off putting being stared at but ok. couple...
