Cintra's Tea Rooms - Menu

Staff polite, food average. Afternoon tea was what we had, and wasn’t anything special. The butterscotch cake was lovely. The coffee and walnut was a little dry.

A lovely cafe that really looked after us. Friendly and caring staff. Food was good and coffee was excellent. Thank you very much for a great lunch with my family.

We only had coffee and cake, but everything was perfect. Will try the food next time. If it’s as good as good as the coffee and cake it will be brilliant. Worth visiting..

23/4/21 We all Had a delicious cream tea today. The raspberry scones were amazing. Nice outdoor seating area and very helpful and friendly staff. Will definitely be coming back for more.

We've enjoyed a lovely breakfast today at this beautiful tearoom. Julie her staff are all so obliging whilst they are very busy they always have time for a chat. I can't thank them enough for all they've done for my brother in law since he lost his wife.

Regular visitors to Hathersage but never been here before. Sat in the sheltered garden in the sun for a lovely panini, baguette and drinks. Staff all very friendly and helpful, great service and lovely food. Very Covid safe. Just managed to finish and pay the bill before a blizzard hit!!

We stopped here for breakfast on our way home from Hathersage. Due to Covid and as there was 6 of us we had to sit in the marquee. The staff were friendly and helpful. The menu was a decent size. The food and beverages were very tasty and served hot. Good prices as well. They are also a tea room and a cake shop.

We wanted an outside venue for lunch in Hathersage, and booked a table for 4 under an umbrella in the rear of the tea rooms. We were admittedly lucky with the weather, but the surroundings were pleasant under the trees, the tables placed far enough apart to feel relaxed, and the hygiene and attention to safety shown by the staff was excellent. Food was good, if fairly standard fare I had a panini with salad, another had the steak pie pronounced excellent. A bit limited on the vegan options, but there is an all day vegan breakfast. Would recommend this cafe in a busy tourist and outdoor activities venue.

Its very hard to put into words just how great, both the service and quality of food is at this warm and welcoming cafe set in the heart of this fantastic village in the High Peaks. Having only been a few times you feel like a local as you are always meet by warm and friendly staff who are so genuine, warm and caring which is so hard to find especially when your a solo traveller. The food is always served hot and attention to detail is second to none which has made it a keen favourite when heading to the Peaks to experience both stunning scenery and great food and company.
