We arrived at the restaurant without a reservation after a 3-hour drive and were fortunate to find a table. We had a perfect steak and a delicious lemon sole. If I lived nearby, I would definitely come here for dinner. I give this restaurant a well-deserved 5-star rating.

I love this place! they just come from a delicious roast dinner, which was good quality and inexpensive. also a big fan of her lunch set menu, which was also really good the other weekend. jake is an excellent waiter and takes care of everyone with a smile and an evil feeling of humor. highly recommended!

if they are looking for a nicely cooked, tasty and affordable lunch, about 1924 is the place to go. the lunch menu is small, but they can be sure that everything will be beautiful. the young lady was very pleasant and accommodating. The best thing was that pretty much everything on the menu was either gluten-free or could be adjusted...a such tasty for people with wheat allergies....absolutely beautiful. two courses for £10-95 (lunch) bur obviously we found room for dessert

I've been making arrangements to come here today as it's my man's birthday. our reservation was for 1200, the beginning of their 2 course lunch menu for £10.95 andrew had the due pate and makrele in a estragon sauce, while I had the due pate and filet mignon. eating was amazing, tasty, very well cooked. service was great, polite, friendly and helpful. we were offered pudding (yes, please) I had chocolate tart and sorbet and otherrew had medailles, white chocolate and edible flowers. that was very tasty again. the restaurant was tidy, clean and the facility was charming. we will eat here again, it is worth it, the prices are really good.

the personal is fantastic with a very good standard of customer service. it was my birthday party and they decorated a plate of petit fours written with happy birthday in white chocolate sauce. great free music. beautiful prosecco. the four side dishes for £12 is excellent. I recommend the plant tempura. pickles. and brote. everything we had was perfect. the dessert with edible flowers was divine. beautiful decoration and comfortable yet formal atmosphere. it is a good balance of class and casual. so everyone can enjoy a visit in the restaurant. cocktails looked fantastic. we didn't try them, but honestly they looked beautiful. worth visiting: d : I am glad that I chose about 1924 to celebra...
